My fucking g400 finally killed itself fully yesterday.
I spent three hours trying to find a mouse most similar to it, and finally settled on a mionix naos 7000.

I am still angry though, and shall forever mourn the loss of my beautiful potato palm mouse.

I have no fucking clue what to replace my G400S with once it dies. It's died a few times already, but I've managed to fix it with parts from my old MX518.

I tried the G502 and returned it the following day. What a piece of shit mouse. Way too heavy when empty default, unnecessary weight adjustment bullshit, stupid thumb buttons that get in the way and force you to keep an unstable grip on the mouse, huge fucking scroll wheel that gathers enough momentum when the mouse is moved left and right to wobble, useless disco lights, looks like a fucking transformer. Fuck that.

I'm thinking the new Logitech Pro Gaming Mouse or whatever they released recently, but I'd want to try it out first. Zowie FK's also an option, but I've heard that there's input lag.

The G400S isn't the lightest mouse out there, and I could definitely feel a difference between the two mice when it came to weight. Also, the lighter a mouse is, the easier it is to control. I fail to see the point in the extra weights, they only fuck you and your muscle memory up by moving too much when you swipe hard.
