It's good for trying to get people to migrate from Skype. For a dedicated VoIP program it's complete ass though, you have zero control over its operation and just have to hope it'll work, the financing side of things is a bit murky (running VoIP/chat servers on that scale needs a lot of money and it has to come from somewhere) and despite the advertisements about "low resource usage", it's actually pretty much as bad as Skype.
