Did this scene actually trigger people? A moment where two humans see the pointless struggle of war, acknowledge one another, and just say fuck it for a moment.

I gotta say that gameplay had some cool moments, like the shell shocked soldiers cowering in fear or the aimless dead man walking types. Even the whole respawn thing where names and dates pop up after they die. Nice little details that really add some poignancy.

Was gonna buy it anyway cause I liked the beta (Rush... not Conquest...) but the fact they're doing something different with the campaign is cool too. Whether or not it pays off remains to be seen.

They had a feature similar to that in Battlefield Modern Combat. You could switch between soldiers instantly, too.
