Also, it should have been pretty clear that if she didn't have a big role/ was kind of the primary comic relief of the cast in DR2, she would have even less of a role in DR3 overall. I will say this: She helped in trials a few times, and very likely more than Kazuichi up to Ch.2, and definitely more than Akane. Helping in trials should count as something positive, since there are several DR characters who have more or less contributed little to nothing in trials.

Angie's religion/island absolutely had an unusual world view, to say the least.

I put her in D as a joke. I was legitely about to put her in A, but was too busy at those times and the only things I did was work and Danganronpa before sleep. When I finally got some extra free time, I have already finished both Danganronpas and Ibuki's character was ruined for me.

Helping in the trials is something most if not all characters did at some point. I am more interested in the FTE's and their personalities than how much they help in the trails (not that I ignored it, but I dont put too much weight on it).

Yeah, since DR3 was after DR2, UDG could have been a good place to do that. I guess it wasn't meant to be though.

I liked Junko's personality overall. Her crazy features in DR1 was something I really enjoy. In DR2 I also did it even if it was in lesser intensity. I know DR3 kind of ruined her, but the firsts impressions she gave really perdured with me, even in the second playthrough. The same thing happened with Mukuro. I really liked her in IF, even if not canon. From all the S tier, she is the one I less like.

Seiko is probably my favorite. Even if she has few scenes, you could see a lot of who she was and her motivations were clear and entertaining. Besides that, she was extremely cute and selfless.

Hmm. My dislike of Junko and ambivalence towards Mukuro aside, I'll admit that DR3 as a whole kind of soured me to the original characters from it, although some of them I wouldn't have liked anyways, I'm sure, like Tengan and Mitarai. I don't know, the cute factor didn't it do it quite that much for me, and the most I remember right now is that she refused to eat Ruruka's sweets, she had that beast form, she had her bag swapped with Komaeda's, landing her in a situation she admittedly didn't deserve, she was kind of shy, but not Mikan shy I think, and she killed herself like the others. She was alright, I suppose, but I think she's a bit overrated, possibly.

Natsumi impress me. In a few scenes we had a very well structured character for Kodaka's standars. One of the thing I hated about DR3 is how it minimized her dead.

Something unexpected might've occured while anime was being produced. See, according to the official artbook of Danganronpa 3, Kodaka regrets making Tengan the mastermind. And considering Monaca's bizarre depart to the space and the fact that Miayabot somehow had all NG-codes written in her core, Monaca could've been the original mastermind all along. She even played along with supposedly fake videotape of Monokuma in the very beginning of the killing game, as Usami / Monomi. Anime was actually redeemable until Tengan's reveal, so I want to believe.

IIRC Kodaka mentioned there was a lot of stuff that he wanted that had to be cut due to budget/time reasons like Munakata having a final scene battling the remaining RoD and thinking of Chisa and Juzo as he bled to death.
