Depth is good.

I genuinely gasped when I watched this, how bit in half does this poor sod wind up?

>sharks
>enemies
Stop this bullshit.

Just imagine living life on the sea. Eating seafood everyday, while desperately trying to find clean drinking water.

0% bitten in half.
Gotta stay alert out there though.

I'd rather not honestly. the sea is terrifying. good food though.

Sea of Theives

They just look like sharks. They give up too easily and have too hard of a time killing you to be real sharks.

Shark's AREN'T harmless peaceful sea doggos. They aren't cold blooded vicious monsters either.

Granted, I'd feel safer in a swarm of sharks then a pod of dolphins they can still rip you to shreds with ease. They are enemies because they are the apex predators of the deep, they represent the hazard of the unknown sea best. (Bar leviathans.) So yes, Sharks as enemies. I'd like to see sharks as allies as well but that's another augment.

Yes and yes.

NOT VIDEO GAMES

Ecco the Dolphin

what about games with dolphins as enemies?

theres those dolphins in red alert 2

Resident Evil

>Shark's AREN'T harmless peaceful sea doggos
Yeah, they don't really see humans as prey, the problem is that they don't have arms so they examine things with their mouth... which has lots of teeth. "Examinatory bites". I still wouldn't want to be bitten by a curious shark, even if it's kinda cute.

Subnautica for the qt bonesharks

that's nice but where's the video games?

AAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH
You can't even see it until it's right there dude oh my word

How good is shark vision? Because it looked surprised that it hit something

The issue is that their 'testing bite' isn't some sort of harmless probing with its teeth, it's a full on bite that's trying to get a chunk of your meat before it decides you're not worth eating.

Not good, basically just slightly above human-with-goggles vision

Their smell is fucking amazing though, and they have an 'elecricity sense' that acts as a kind of hearing but only for living critters (to eat)

>How good is shark vision?
Sharks have very sharp senses.

Yeah, it's definitely not pleasant.

Poor they mostly hunt by smell

This is THE classic shark hunting game. Played this a ton as a kid. Will never forget being scared of the Mariana trenchs pitch black darkness

If it wasn't for the centuries of damage done to the oceanic ecosystem, the Japanese and Chinese might be justified in their unlawful killing of sharks.
