yup

I have to use this because Visual Studios debugger is utter shit.

>I have to use this because Visual Studios debugger is utter shit.

VS has the best debugger available.
Perhaps the problem is you being a fucking retarded lincuck shill.

what

>VS has the best debugger available.

I call bullshit on this. You're just a GUI baby. What you don't know is that gdb also has a GUI front end.

>gdb also has a GUI front end.

No visual studios debugger really does suck. Sometimes it loses track of variables or reports the wrong values in the current step. Sometimes it freezes and doesn't start working again until you hard-restart visual studio.

The VS debugger is shit. If you use VS you've probably never used anything else though because you don't really know how to code, you just use VS as a crutch.

"HURR DURR WHY USE YOUR LEGS WHEN YOU CAN WALK WITH A CRUTCH!!!1"

Seriously learn how to actually program.

...

No, I'm way too hardcore for TUI mode.
Plain CLI only.
Running Arch of course.

> Sometimes it loses track of variables or reports the wrong values in the current step.
Maybe it's your shitty code you're debugging that's fucking up.

Visual Studio is amazing when you have source code. There is almost nothing that can compare.

For me, x64dbg is my new jam because OllyDbg and Immunity Debugger can't do 64 bit stuff. WinDbg is also great, but the displays from x64dbg are Olly-inspired and get chicks wet.

>x64
Still triggers me.
It's x86_64 or AMD64, not x64.

Yeah visual studios debugger is shit.

no it's just x64

says Microsoft and its fanboys

I used to, but it keeps fucking up the alignment if I use it for too long.

>tfw spent half the day in gdb debugging fortran code over a decade older than I am.

>tui mode

It must suck being so casual

Your autism is normal for Cred Forums.

>actually using the archaic piece of garbage that is gdb when the alternatives are not only more modern and easier to understand, but also better and faster

>Sometimes it freezes and doesn't start working again until you hard-restart visual studio.
this.

I like gdb-dashboard
github.com/cyrus-and/gdb-dashboard

This just isn't true.

The reason gdb is still so widely used is because of how well it works. Nothing so far has been able to replace it.

Plus you can't get a job without knowing gdb.

He's NEET. He doesn't get that things need to be useful, not just flashy.
