Was running El Cap, it was slower than 10.75 and had lots of bugs like thumbnails on large files.

Upgraded to Sierra. So far, much faster, no bugs, but no noticeable differences other that siri and handoff (which are both great).

That fags using Windows 10 here and slamming Sierra obviously never owned a machine taht runs OSX. Its so smooth and intuitive compared to Win 10.

And if I feel like it I can still run Win7 (or 10) flawlessly with parallels.

Global menu management is easier to understand and more consistent. It allows window borders to remain uncluttered.

It's like giving a monkey a gun. Swift is a fairly dynamic language, so the tool can make a lot of mistakes and introduce bugs. Having used it to migrate my server software to 3.x, I'd say it wasn't even worth it.
