No, people are freaking out over nothing.
The website have been accessible for ages, the only thing new is Zone Transfers were momentarily enabled for the .kp root zone, so an automated bot picked up their entire DNS, which revealed a few more sites than previously known but also confirmed that there really aren't many domains within the .kp zone

I remember a long while back, the official North Korean government website (dprk.kr?) offered anti-America GIFs for sale like they were "website stickers" or something.
I don't know how that fucking worked out when they posted the actual GIFs anyway on the same webpage.
It was interesting. They had cute little GIFs that showed USA flag burning and George W. Bush in unfortunate little predicaments.
