But a real debian with openrc provides the bestest freedoms

Why do you faggots complain about systemd? It's amazing from an admin perspective and boot times are much faster. Wtf are you faggots crying about so much? Muh freedom?
Regarding Debian...it's a solid server distro and it's almost on par with CentOS when it comes to servers.
If you want a desktop distro, use Debian Unstable/Sid or Ubuntu. Stop using Arch you niggers. Stop fighting your operating system. Just pick something, install it, and get on with your work or daily activities.

>Stop using Arch
literally why
Sysdend is evil, though, and violates several of the principles of Unix.
You can pipe the logs to wherever you like though, even the old log files.
fpbp
keked
install arch. debian been trash for years
install mpv and watch anime with it
do some noice but reasonable ricing
install compton if you use xfce
tweak your crontabs and openssh
have fun with your OS
tweak, learn and enjoy that's it
install windows 7
This, then use it.
Never heard of it. Devuan seems to be the go-to for systemd-less Debian.
Download ubuntu.iso
dd if=/ubuntu.iso of=/dev/sdb bs=1M
boot ubuntu usb or disc
remove debian
install ubuntu
Full retard
Go fuck yourself.
>don't use this popular distro XD I don't like it.
I fought with Debian much, much more than arch ever fought me. The only hard part about Arch is installing. You aren't going to find out one is super different than the other, it's a fucking gnu Linux system, faggot.
Fuck I like Debian and I like arch but faggots like you make me just want to install LFS to get away from it all.
>install 4.7 kernel from backports
>tfw stuck with Linux 3.18.3
You can disable it
>install favorite packages
I've been running jessie for just over a year now and I don't see what moving to another distro can offer.
Moving to testing soon, because I'm too lazy to backport a couple dozen 'modern' packages.
Define evil
Define principles of UNIX
Explain why the latter should matter in 2k16
Explain why arent you using a UNIX OS
Dfw stuck with 3.13
Can you name the packages?
You install what you need?
It's just like windows or mac, buddy, there is no must have package aside from the ones you need to accomplish whatever you do on a daily basis.
just search (task) linux or (program) linux alternative and if shit doest work out wine or virtual machine the task
What the fuck is systemd?
