This

But we are anonymous
>Subreddits = echo chambers
>higher user count does not lead to better disqusions.
>their spam filtering part of reddit closed source
>they banned fat shaming
>aggregate and use your data
>media cooperation owned
>overly polite tone e.g. "imho"
>upvote != good content

The only problem with reddit is that 99% of the subreddits are shit.

Give me some good ones and which ones to avoid.

I like askhistorians.

>freetards can't defend this

This. Plus Cred Forums would get too much cp if vpn and tor were not blocked.

Cred Forums is better for making actual discussion. everything that's posted on reddit is posted as a means to get stupid fucking fake internet points and as a result, all the unpopular opinions get buried in downvotes and only the opinions of the hivemind are ever seen. fuck reddit.

Redditors actually like the upvote system because "it filters out the bad content" lol

>reddit
>Awful design
>Confusing comment structure
>Meant specifically for the purpose of tyranny of the majority.

If Cred Forums wasn't a place for actual discussion, your post would have been voted down to page 10 already.

I 100% agree on making Cred Forums open source and at least naming the moderators, though.

Also the voting system keeps good content hidden and 'popular' content perpetually at the top.

Part of the reason 99% of subreddits are shit is because those subreddits are ruled over by the downvote brigade. Anything interesting gets buried and forgotten about while the same few discussion points stay permanently affixed to the top page.

Best subreddits don't have downvoting, but they have other problems.

Combine technology, plants, news, other subreddits into multireddit and it's pretty nice.

>reddit
>allows tor and vpn
>lets you subscribe to both general discussion subs as well as subs focused on a particular thing, and due to how the site works, even the least populated subreddits get posts

>Cred Forums
>blocks tor and vpn
>forces you to post on boards with 3 people on it that never reply to any threads

>reddit
clear and transparent moderation practice, everyone can be a mod on his own subreddit
>Cred Forums
mods have no clear protocol, rules are completely random (2-4)

No.
