Can someone please help me with this ?

Can someone please help me with this ?
My display recently started these flickering dots and 3D shit. but this only happens while I'm in a 3D editing software like aftereffects, OR Nvidia control panel.

what is this ? cant find anything on googel

You need to log in with your Facebook account.

nvidAIDS

i think we call those artifacts

thanks this solved my problems

Did you try signing in with your Google account?

how do I get rid of it ?

I need to come to Cred Forums more often to get your memes

by purchasing a non-fucked gpu

Your GPU is dying or overheating. If tmeperatures are good, get ready to buy a new one.

You don't, I assume you're not retarded so it's not drivers it's dying hardware

I also run a few games I had, like the old Warcraft 3 which played absolutely fine, without any "artifacts"

then I loaded a newer game and it did. so is my laptop finally kill ?

install gentoo

try some newer (or older) drivers

nvm i fixed it

My MacBook Pro with Retina display doesn't have this problem.

It doesn't have a gpu either

Yes, it displays images with magic.
Of course it has a GPU.

Neither does it have a Nvidia GPU.

tried newer and older drivers, the issue still remains.. ah well

why would you post this in my name

The problem boils down to OP not using a MacBook Pro with Retina display

A MacBook® Pro with Retina® display could have the same problem if the Macbook® Pro with Retina® display had bad video memory.

but it doesn't and if it did, it would be fixed at the Apple Store

allright allright, so there is no help for my laptop ? no new drivers helped so far.

I can live with it, it only appears in-game of in-editing software.

can you screen shot the dots?

If you can't it is happening in the connection between the card video output something and the monitor, and it is hardware borked most likely.

Does your laptop have optimus?
The Nvidia card is fubar.

yes, check the OP I posted, you can see the little colorful dots all over the place.. they normally flicker around very very fast

Probably shit windows 10 drivers.

uuhh.. I'm not sure, I have optimus.zip in my download folder, but I don't know where to check if its installed.. probably is. why ?

damnit

If your laptop supports Optimus there may be a chance you can disable the Nvidia card.

Literally happened to my father's desktop recently on Sandy Bridge integrated graphics.

Thought it might be RAM, but swapped it all out and it still did it.

Only option was installing a dedicated GPU.

your chip is bricked mate. buy a new one.

your graphics card is dying
change the thermal paste
if the graphics card is very old avoid high resolutions like 1080p

This can happen if your power supply is going out of regulation also check your voltages
