Why not? The land is quite expensive there and Moscow has lack of good offices.
Which skyline do you think look better, Frankfurt of London?

Frankfurt makes up for much more aesthetically pleasing cluster but London's skyline is much larger and more diverse. I can't really decide which one is "better".

It just looks a bit oversized imo.

Frankfurt? Looks nice.
It's a shame it has one of the ugliest names for a city.

Europe should try to stay away from large buildings.
Most of these skylines are pretty hideous and can't hold a candle to the skylines of the U.S and Asia.
They should have stuck to their traditional architectural style. Tall glassy buildings are more suiting for newcomers.

It's beautiful with Tour Saint-Jacques in the front..
