You can add your region's flag by requesting it on the GitHub page.

Ohhhh... I see. I could fill it up almost entirely from all the places I've been in my lifetime, but the point is to hunt flags I see on Cred Forums, otherwise it would feel too cheaty. I only installed this plugin about a month ago, so there is a lot of stuff to catch up.

It's Evernote. I use it to list all the flags I've collected so far, until I get a proper world map done with all the municipalities in it.
