I think it'd be neat to visit DPRK before it's eventual collapse but too scared they'll find a reason to kill me for being American.

Why should Cred Forums reserve thoughts about it? Why it does matter that Cred Forums's thoughts over it? Why does it matter? Aren't we simply humans drifting in this ever-changing universe, circling around the sun in this island Earth?

no.

care to elaborate?

Best Korea never convicts innocent people. Only spies who get instructed by the American government to steal flags.

no.

I wonder if that superdollar thing is true tbf

I've always had a crush on tea girl since that documentary

Dangerous.
They might really gain the capabilities to launch a nuke on west side America or one of the surrounding countries of an American ally.
Its aggravating that China has not put more pressure on North Korea to stop development. China itself isn't exactly being helpful either with their south sea territory control and how they are stealing hundreds of American jobs plus not to mention the China and Russia relationship.

DUDE! ME TOO :(

really hard to form an opinion because of all of the misinfo

What misinformation? Best Korea is a superpower and can strike the heart of America thanks to the Glorious Leader. That is no misinformation.

Developed and non degenerate.

Good

I always wonder how can they make this country actually kinda work and not collapse. Sure, they are Asian, but still.

They are in "hunger" mode for decades and they are still getting nukes. Sure, there are military dictatorships with people in hunger in the world (Eritrea, until recently Burma, I donno there might be more), but nothing as strange as North Korea

I *think* Xi Jinping will just lose patience with Kim and without Chinese support they will collapse. However, it doesn't seem like US-Chinese relationship is getting better and with all the South Chinese Sea bullshit, maybe Chinese will still need it as a buffer zone.

I don't know. I wish Chinese just said "enough" and invaded the place, but they won't, and US has a lot of work in Middle East despite the "pivot" by Obama, so it will probably stay for a little more.

I went there

They make cool songs.

In the Netherlands we say: "Everything is for sale."

Coincidentally we might indirectly be responsible for the nuclear program of North Korea. Considering they stole the tech from here.

>wahhh China's not doing enough

1994 - In response to Clinton's nuclear deal with NK, he asks China to increase aid to NK. China agrees.
1996 - In response to the starvation in NK, the UN votes unanimously to provide food and energy aid to NK. China agrees.
2001 - With the start of the six party talks, America asks China to improve basic trade links with NK while further restraining all weapon exports. China agrees.
2009 - In response to the failure of the six party talks the UN agrees to end some aid to NK. China agrees.
2013 - After NK nuclear test, China agrees to further restrictions on importing NK coal.
2016 - China agrees to wide ranging sanctions on NK. China/NK trade falls 90%.

how was it?

Bullshit

I believe him. The city looks pretty empty - no cars, no bikes, nothing

It's filled with the spirit of the glorious leader.

Pretty fun

They already are trying to end Un's rule by crashing the NK economy.

Also, no Chinese aid for the recent tragic NK floods. The Chinese are in a conundrum. Unify Korea and have US military on your doorstep?
Stick with NK and get East Asian NATO?
Chinese-led regime change?

I'm going with regime change. When Un sets off his next nuke in October, he is going to vanish.

Hi.

t. Zhou

The regime survived the famine in the 90s which killed a hell of a lot more than the floods. They'll be fine.

I don't get this meme, are you implying I am asian?

gay

Where is this, a university?

North-Korea is great.

Yes. 95% of the tourists are Chinese. I mean, they are neighbors.

Also, Americans are really in a dangerous situation out there.
