Im from USA, but we are becoming nazi pussies, who wont let you drive an ATV anywhere.
What country can I drive my ATV on the road, and not be pulled over by the cops (would prefer if the cops would let me drink beer and drive at same time too).

My nearest town legalized golf carts, but you can't go over 25mph. ATVs are OK so long as they don't go over 25mph.
Out here in the sticks people use them on the roads all the time. The trick is to ride in the ditch when you see a state cop or sheriff.
I believe it's legal if you have a motorbike drivers license.
