Try "Quien encuentra a la madre conoce a los hijos" by corea, aka the other album. More instrumentally diverse and less aggressive than "los peores 7km" it's also more post-rockish.

The pacing speeds up after like 3 episodes. Other artsy anime with fast pacing would be FLCL, Tatami Galaxy, Mawaru Penguindrum. Likewise, Revolutionary Girl Utena and Haibane Renmei are great and very comfy.

I recommend their debut album, Temple of Plenty. They're from Boston and don't seem to be that well known, but they toured with Tigers Jaw before and are touring now with Free Throw. Definitely my favorite band out of the entire emo revival. Give them a chance. I don't think their style can be fully classified as 'pop punk' or 'indie rock' or whatever, it's very distinctive. Excellent layered twin guitars, really good percussion, and the singers' voice is extremely powerful and melodic and very catchy. Their best work imo is still their debut

Tigers jaw is shit, the only album i listened entirely was the pizza one and it was one of the worst things i've ever listened along with the front bottoms debut album, the guitar tone was grotesque and the vocals were even worse.

You probably didn't notice their heavenly, melodically intricate meditations on fleeting adolescent self-awareness or their post-Young Marble Giant take on raw repetition while still staying in the confines of pop punk tradition. Truly the best Pop Punk band of our time. But at least you can be all smug and elitist about it.

le Secret is pretty great all the way through and is probably the least cheesy, but that isn't too hard since it's a 2 song ep
