You might also dig A Place To Bury Strangers, Skywave, Die! Die! Die!, Medicine, Air Conditioning and Ride's Coming Up For Air. Also do what that user said and check out Bardo Pond, they're bloody great.

Loveless fits the bill, but I've heard it so much, and I just listened to Jesu - Silver, and it was amazing. Probably going to check out the rest of Jesu.

Basically - very emotional, melodic, almost romantic shoegaze

They did. It's slightly noisier and edgier, with more upfront vocals and better drumming. However, they keep repeating the same song structures over and over again. It has some of their best tracks though. Also a Sonic Youth ripoff song.

Shoegaze is just Dreampop with more fuzz and distortion.

It's noisier, and warmer sounding.

A lot of Dream pop uses delays and synths more instead of reverbs and fuzzes, so it's colder and sparser sounding.
