everytime is a wierd time for rivers
avril Lavigne and Marilyn Manson
Linkin Park and Mike Shinoda
I mean it's not terrible but it's so uninspired with weak lyrics. I feel like "weird" collaborations often fall flat because no one wants to step on the other person's toes or be disrespectful so it's just a bunch of agreeing with each other and too afraid to say "this doesn't work" or "we should change this".
Bless Lil B for staying true to himself when he got on a song with Lil Wayne at a time he still wasn't taken seriously by non-fans. Could've rapped like a "normal" person and got big that way and I would have been happy for him too. But no, he kept true (all Wayne's fan called his verse wack as hell/one of the worst ever) and got big his own way.

The Edge from U2 with the members of Public Image Limited and Can, featuring additional contributions from early House/Garage producer/DJ Francios Kervorkian and future Smiths producer Stephen Street.
Tom waits and Bob Dylan
Edge and even Bono are pretty patrician, they namedrop a ton of 80s/90s experimental acts in some interviews.
I know Ice-T has a hardcore band that's still active today, but it's still weird that he did a collab with Motorhead.

Insane Clown Posse feat. Snoop Dogg, not weird, just unexpected

I unironically enjoy Earthquakey People
That's not too weird man, he would rap on anyone's beat if they paid him when he hit the mainstream.

Didn't even know this was Rivers. Feels weird.
of course Rob would be the one to collab with Babymetal
Dude this sounds just like that Blood on the Dance Floor song wtf
Dey collabo'd with Kiba of Akiba, Cthonic, Dragonforce before Rob, and plenty of others said they want to collab including Yoshiki of X Japan, Pentatonix, and Marty Friedman.
I fuck with the b.o.b song honestly
Even the album art is a piece of work. This made me laugh.
I don't think it's real. The song is from G.H.E.T.T.O. Stories by Swizz Beatz and was actually pretty good.
I forgot they collabd with Skrillex too

I already what this song went like after seeing the thumbnail. God damn it Rivers, have some dignity

Linkin Park and Busta Rhymes. Never knew this existed
I still can't get my head around the Flaming Lips/Miley Cyrus collab
>30 Seconds to Mars and Kanye
>no one mentions the doors and skrillex

Congrats my friend. Your life will never be the same.
Bollocks did that happen
Del and DJr was pretty cool
>Tom Morello, Eric Wainaina, Madchild, Steven Wilson, Kool Keith and W.Noize
Kurtis Blow and Bob Dylan
Frank Ocean and Odd Future
they paid him 10 000
for less than a minute feature. Hardly even worth posting.
What about that one time MTV paid Linkin Park and Hova to collab
Horyy shit
Current 93 and Tiny Tim
Aphrodites Child nearly did a collab with Salvidor Dali, but granted, that one actually makes sense.
Every time I look at Dali's artwork, I hear motifs and melodies from 666 in my head. Especially The Marching Beast.

I like that random black dude on look thing
Oh yeah, and how Andrew WK played drums for them too

Fair warning: This is the worst thing ever.

You would never expect an international superstar to collaborate with an average rap group only known by the young British urban population.
Also, keeping up with the UK theme, Skepta with this Turkish guy.

Within Temptation always does good collabs.
She cited Iggy Pop as an inspiration.
Not surprising. Her sleazy, clearly-insincere aesthetic to her music made it pretty clear she likes rock music more than pop. I imagine she listened to a lot more Iggy than Madonna when she was younger.
