You should check out some other prog. If you haven't already heard it, Yes: Close to the Edge is excellent, same goes for King Crimson, Genesis, early Pink Floyd, Can, Jethro Tull. That should get you a start in music

ITAoTS is an album that you need to listen to around 10 times, and every time you will hate it, but on that 10th listen you'll realize it's the greatest album ever made.
