the album itself is not bad, but DG was always ahead of the time, now it feels like they're tired of it and just decided to put some good leftovers and a couple of new songs in the one album

I'd love to see them bring us even more crazy sounds that catch us completely off guard but I mean Im happy with their sound as is, I think people have become spoiled with new unheard of stuff.I mean how much can one band give?
Even without doing something completely new everytime they still dont sound like anyone else and are putting out a solid album that has the band's signature sound, which is more than I can say for most other bands. With that said I still think they have more surprises to come.

in my opinion 80808, houdini, and bb poison are the weakest tracks on the album, they're still good though, no it's not because they're not that accessible, it's because they feel like money store b-sides, more than ANY other track on this album others consider to be too much like older work. I find that the rest of the album is a better blend of older work, I think they just wanted to have fun and write something they'd enjoy like exmilitary, instead of going balls to the wall experimental and groundbreaking like notm.

This has to be b8. The album, by most measurable standards, is not bad. Every track but maybe, MAYBE, Lion in a Coma and Guys Eyes are solid and fantastic songs. In my opinion, one of the very few 10/10 albums.
