>SCH
PNL en moins bien
>PNL, SCH, Booba
Listen to stupeflip or la secte phonétique instead, those 3 "artists" are absolute garbage
you must be 18 or older to post here, nu-male
Take it easy, I wanted to say there are much better rapper than PNL and SCH. IAM for example may be old, but it's gold.
yé-yé is g'd up you pussy ass bitch
PNL is really fucking good though, and Booba as well
Boobe might even have written the greatest french rap album
crevez
plèbe
each his own. For me, too many people listen to PNL, SCH and Booba and I do not recognize myself in their public despite my 19 years. What is the best album of booba?

Can't believe nobody mentioned Jacques Brel - should be the most obvious suggestion. His lyrics are ridiculously clever, but as someone whose French is awful, I can still enjoy his music even when I don't understand any of it.
Air
Temps Mort (as posted previously) is an absolute classic
his recent hits are bangers too if you're looking for fun trap
PNL has god-tier beats and ambience, i don't really care about the lyrics in this kind of hip-hop, but for mainstream rap Le Monde Chico is really well thought, music-wise at least
Never cared too much for SCH
Brel's not french.
Grand blanc

As long as you don't listen to JUL you're a good guy.
stereolab
Jul has banger tracks as well, can listen to his hits when hanging out with friends
I don't know if you're interested, but you can come to french boards if you want to train.
>rap
maybe OrelSan or Les Casseurs Flowteurs.
*judge you in french*
Stromae
Noir Désir
Hugues Aufray (a bit cringe-worthy, but you should definitely know some of his songs)

If you like punk music
Les Wampas tho
>Thierry Graal
P A T R I C I A N
Temps Mort.
The beats aged incredibly well, flow is fantastic and nobody or very few rappers managed to reach such a lyrical quality.
This album completely ruined french rap for the years to come. Every wannabe rapper wanted to sound like him.

Their biggest song is Montreal -40, but album wise Labyrinthes is their most solid shit.
If you like punk try Les Breastfeeders. Les trois accords is essential quebec-core. I'm French Canadian but listen to lastly English music, here are the only bands Franco I really like.
