Description:
"An EP I made."
-AP Macroeconomics
With a name like AP Macroeconomics, you would expect something completely horrible or completely funny. Even some of the song titles would seem like jokes. But behind the oddity of a name, Thomas Meskil presents the listener something totally opposite. Mumbling guitars, cohesively cluttered percussion, somber soaked vocals, humble, like a hug from a wise, old friend. Compatible with lyrics that feel both personal to the man behind the name and universal to all who listen, AP Macroeconomics is definitely a musician to keep your eye on.
Now available for stream and download! CDs available at AP Macroeconomic's bandcamp as well!
Support, scrobble, or review on RYM. Any feedback of any kind would be greatly appreciated. And give Thomas some love. Thank You. :)
Will still be accepting submissions for the label.
ANNOUNCEMENT: We will be releasing new material each Saturday of October, and something on Halloween!

this is my debut album, just finished it today and i'm pretty hyped
>noise
>experimental
>plunderphonics
>also some hints of no wave, drone, and ambient techno in the same vein as gas
like i said it's my debut and honestly some of it is a little unrefined because i didn't completely understand what i was doing with the mixing and mastering, but overall i'm pretty happy when the way it turned out. feedback is definitely appreciated, plus i'll prolly come back and rec a few things in here if i get a chance
fuckig and listen to my whole discograhpie in a sitting

Very compelling genre mashup, love your pad sounds. Your color scheme is p fucked though, primary text is way too dark.
rec, love lo-fi sounding electronic music.
Woah, surprisingly legit mixing for an instrument set that big. I was expecting overblown lo-fi folk. I'll listen to this all the way through soon.
Great track titles, music is pretty cool too. I think that you should strive for more than just making long unlistenable stretches of noise, because you have some good ideas.
rec as fuck
pretty cool album art

You should be more creative with effects and EQ, your synths don't pop out at all. Fun stuff though

made a track, not satisfied with it though. Something seems off with it. At this point I'll need to upload shit for feedback, I'm not really fine with the things I'm making now

I feel like you didn't listen to a lot of tracks and based your opinion on one or two tracks, because tracks like Anaxiph, ixobac, ki set, mypol, poluvere, re R, ropal [c], Tyar, Uncant have evolving melodies in sound and other aspects.
But the idea of this album was not to make very big changes in one track, but to keep the tracks short enough that that's not really needed. Still almost every sound changes in some way, melodies change, beats change, effects are added, etcetera.
