the first half of skelethon isn't my fav by a long shot but the second half really makes up for it, atm I'm really down with impossible kid and float. I love float so much I payed $35 for the lp that's been long out of print

>idk anything about hip-hop but check these guys out, my favorite metalcore band I think
Never heard of this before but it's fucking amazing, something new to listen to at work

+memes

yeah, Motorpsycho's latest was pretty damn great, their best since Unicorn to me

listen to pic related desu

Impossible Kid's great, his best flows so far easily, but I feel the production's a little overbearingly cheesy at times

heck yeah the drumming in red indians and that cover

I just came back to this board after several years. Be honest, how often do you post these meme-charts here?

I look at these charts and its almost like this board has been in stasis since I stopped browsing.

rly ogood

word

right??? they're crazy underrated
they were there at the start too, early 90s guys but they just kept improving

interesting fact they're one of the biggest bands in the "krishnacore" movement, which is basically an extension of the whole straight edge thing but applied to hindu asceticism it's kind of fascinating culturally, like intense music as spiritual expression and etc

I mean that's secondary to the fact that they fuckin rip but you know

have you heard the snowman song from poup mon

frosty or

This is me, more charts...

I only know New Order. How is that Windir album compared to 1184?

youtu.be/qi65kn8Hi7I

damn, this is pretty great
I don't even like screamo that much

>"krishnacore"
this makes me think of the bullshit genres I make up in my head like "whalecore" (gojira's from mars to sirius and mastodon's leviathan)

just a tilda for love, and how did you get a king crimson cover ?
thanks for the rec man try the golden palominoes

+Solange, Radiohead, MBV, Joao Gilberto
you like to knit
your chart is a meme

It's not that I dislike them, it's that I haven't listen to them enough to have a strong opinion. But I enjoyed all three of those videos, adding them to my backlog. So cheers to you too.

I recommend going chronologically, so much so I didn't listen to impossible kid for months because I hadn't given skelethon a proper listen

tfwtoo hot here to be snoweman

I've only listened to a few of the songs and haven't really formed a very good opinion of them, but I'm pretty sure that I will enjoy that album once I get around to it. And thanks for the rec, I like what I've heard so far.

As for the King Crimson cover, I actually don't use Topsters or a last.fm based service to catalog my listening habits because I don't like how they count by tracks played instead of play time. So I wrote my own script to log my music plays and form collages offline.

That's kinda what I was planning on doing, he's just one of those artists that's been on my backlog for years. I'll get around to it one of these days though!

that is neat. forever changes is a classic, the original master is supposed to be pristine which i have yet to listen to too

please rec

I think you'd be good at doing homemade crafts
You play indie video games
I think you could run a zine or something of the sort
You play music yourself but you aren't very good and you're ok with that
You're good at non-fiction/journalism writing.

you read a lot of books that would otherwise be course-work

you like to think about how nihilistic you are

you want to smoke weed with me but then it'd be weird cause my anxiety would kick in

you like to sit around and be sad. we can do that together!

1mo 4x4

you should check out keaton henson && my current obsession julien baker

my guess is you really like doing some kind of visual art, drawing or painting, but don't ever want to show anyone

Listen to Hejira

How is Esperanza

I dunno, listen to Grizzly Bear or something?

Who is this LEO

I thought it was pretty boring for the most part desu. A few standout moments but mostly sounded like better-than-average muzak. Disappointing because she's a great musician.

I think Adventure is a great album, I'd actually listened to it before Marquee Moon and I still prefer it.
