Get Adderall Instant Release. If you can't get that, go for Adderall Extended Release. Get Vyvanse if you can't get the others. People will tell you Vyvanse is shit. It's not. It's just that you lose flexibility. Vyvanse is exactly like Adderall XR in effect, except you don't have the option to crush it into a more instant release.

While Adderall is dextroamphetamine and levoamphetamine mixed 75:25, Vyvanse is 100% dextroamphetamine chemically bonded to lysine, an amino acid. It only becomes active as amphetamine when it is cleaved enzymatically in the body.

This makes it what we call a pro-drug. You would need to do some pretty serious organic chemistry to get active amphetamine from Vyvanse. And so, Vyvanse is essentially time-release only. This causes a problem for utility use, and recreational use. You have no control over onset and duration of the drug.

If I take Adderall XR or Vyvanse any time after about 10:00, I'll be up all fucking night if I want to or not. Plus, if I want to use it recreationally, I have to take quite a bit more. That can keep me up for days, throw my sleep schedule off and interfere with work schedules.

But with Adderall XR, I can crush it, and take it sublingually making it almost as short duration as Adderall IR. (4-6 hours instead of 8-12.)

Either product of Adderall will also be a lot cheaper. Both are available as generic while Vyvanse is really only made by one manufacturer.

The only "drug" I'm on is H2O. I don't poison my body with substances thank you very much.

First of all, yes any drug will eventually go bad. I don't know how old it was to say for sure, but all drugs degrade based on time and storage conditions. Expiration dates for drugs are not arbitrary like they are for food.

They are set after performing rigorous stability studies and then testing for degradation products and assay for active ingredients. Depending on time, temperature, and humidity it might have broken down into some chemicals that made you sick.

Or it could just be the oxycodone fucking with your stomach. It has a lot of activity on the digestive tract. Not easy to tell without an analytical chemistry lab.

Second, if it was oxycodone/apap 5mg/325mg, which is what they usually give out, you were pushing a pretty heavy dose of Tylenol by taking that many at once.

It's not enough to kill you, unless you had been drinking the night before. But it might make you sick and it's not a good idea to take that much regardless. If you ever try again, look up cold water extractions.

As a side note, never drink any alcohol within 48 hours of taking anything with acetaminophen (aka paracetamol, apap, or Tylenol).

Be really really careful with that combo. Don't want to get a heart attack. Drink lots of fluids.

For me it's just the best of both worlds.

I'm chill like with opiates, but not tired at all. I'm energetic, and focused, but great body feeling and relaxed attitude to life. I have seen people have some shitty paradoxical reactions and have an unpleasant time. But I never have.

Don't do a real speedball though. That's how Jim Belushi died. Coke keeps you from ODing on heroin at first, but then it wears off and a massive dose of opiates is still in your system.

That sounds like a waste of Coke and 4-FA to me, but I've never tried it to be sure. I would think the MDMA would just drown out the other two.

DXM is my shit. It's so unbelievably versatile. You can take a small-medium dose of poli and it's recreational value is better than weed and lasts all day with positive effects the following day. You can take a heavy dose of hbr and you get a full blown trip nearly on par with psychs. Not to mention how well it mixes with other drugs. Works as an anxiolytic and anti-depressant on small doses as well. Working on moving on up and getting some 3-meo and DCK to try out.
