depends. whats that search warrant for. my house? no problem. unfortunately for police warrants have to be specific. they cant just obtain a warrant and then go through everything they feel like. if the warrant is for the house then they can search the house all they want but they cant look into computers, laptops, or phones. they have to have a warrant that includes those in it. if they go through something that is not stated within the warrant you can sue them for violation of privacy and they cannot use whatever they find, on top of that if they actually do find something its untouchable to them unless you do it again, get more, etc. like for instance if you have illegal movies on your computer and they illegally search your computer they cannot charge you for those because they gained access illegally and they cant go get permission and then charge you since thats double jeopardy, you are being tried for the same thing twice.
