Im 22 years old and ive been dealing with this shit since i was 5. Parents ignored it thinking i was just a restless kid till i was well into my teens. Ive been to the doctors fuck knows how many times, tired most of the drugs out there that treat it (not generics, since theyre FDA regulated, theyre the exact same thing at different dosages per pill, which makes it redundant), also tried melanin (melatonin? idk), it gave me killer nightmares that i'd wake up from anyway. Night time cough syrups and good ole bud are the only things that really help. Cough syrup makes me feel like shit the next day, but bud doesnt.

So, tell me, what am i doing wrong then?
