The US runs the show, in almost every single country on this planet. If it's not through armed force, its via diplomatic channels or trade. A world without the US as a superpower is a world pre WWII, where every country grasps desperately at power while they fight to keep their own borders secure from one another. We're too big to fail now, and most other countries economies cannot function without our goods, services, financial aid, material support, diplomatic ties, or our blessing.
