Yes, those are normal effects. Vyvanse is a stimulant which means just that, it stimulates your central nervous system, your body will be working overtime while its in effect so drink more water than usual and stay active cause it's the best thing to do imo. Eating can be rough on high doses but you have to do it, as other people have said. Easy to not eat but it'll fuck you over. Also, 40mg isn't too much at all really but enjoy your high. I would recommend you drink a cup of coffee and smoke a cigarette on a walk. You'll feel great.
