When you present your art to the word, people will take it for what they see, and if you need to explain that "nooo, it's not bad technique, it's a CHOICE" to an unimpressed viewer, you have failed. Now, some people have expressed that they like your art, I think your colors and rendering are decent, but are ruined by your construction and line-work, which is not because they are stylized, but because I believe they break with the logic of any style.

Looks fine to me, try adding a little bit of hair infront of the ear, even girls have side burns no matter the haircut, maybe try adding the bridge of the nose, and moving the eyes down a tiny bit.

Everything looks fine except her right shoulder. Space it out a little more, even if it may not seem proportionately correct, move the tip of the shoulder a little more away so it's about half the size of her head in distance. The brain will make up the difference in weird spacing but unless it somewhat resembles symmetry then it's always gonna look weird. Also for some reason it really looks like cosplayer Lyndsey Elise to me lol

Looks good. I say you did well, and looks more realistic now instead of an anime feel.
A good tip for drawing bodies and humans, is nothing is really ever a pure point, it's always rounded in some way.

Yeah I started noticing that with shoulders, ears and hair, i guess it really speaks for it self with the nose and chin too

it's the morning drawthread that seem to be the saltiest of the bunch i think it has to do with people either being overly tired because it's late for them or having just woke up and hating life because it's so early

My experience is the morning ones are usually filled with less salt, slower, and calmer in general. There's the constant fear of a 404, but it's not that big of a deal.
Although some are very salty, like this one, so I do agree with your reasoning's too.

they could be better. Practically ALL decent artists have expressed a dislike for excessive memes and drama, as well as avoiding the threads while they are in such a state.

i think other salty drawfags made the more talented artist's leave because they delivered quality art and it took attention from the ones who make simple line sketches
