They arent a meme, you are starting out and need to elarn the basics and stick to compound barbell movements. The only things i would ever add are pulldown, dips, and light ab work. Low impact cardio inbetween lifting days is fine as well.

In closing I would like to tell all you manlets there is nothing wrong with being short. At six nine and 43 I have foot issues because I am 348 pound even thou I am I am in good shape also back issues. You are small and when you are 60 you will be thankful that you are not a monster like me

when you age, your metabolism will slow and being cut will become difficult. Around 40 year old, the bulk will be covered by some fat. Even just a normal amount of fat will make you look fatter than you actually are.

You can't stay trim forever and you want to look good in your old age too.
