Its unclear whether or not saitama can survive the vacuum of space however, because he has to hold his breath while outside earths atmosphere, or underwater presumably. Its possible Saitama could be killed by suffocation or drowning.

Saitama could theoretically be "destroyed' if he were erased from existence by Superman Prime or Thanos with the Infinity Gauntlet, but he is much faster and infinitely stronger physically than both, so they would have to erase him from existence before he ever knew they planned to do so, because he could obliterate them in a fraction of a fraction of a second with a single hit if he had a moment to do so. No one would best him in a fight, because thats the point. Beyond simply being erased from reality, the only way saitama can die is presumably of old age, because his body is indestructible.
