Why bother waking up everyday when all you have to look forward to is 8 hours of work mixed with pain, and another few hours of helping idiots with pointless things only to go home and eat crappy testing food then go to bed and wake up doing it all over again. Any feelings of joy in life are quickly fleeting while most of life is filled with despair and evil.
