My parents really fucked me on that one fam. Whole life I thought I was American until around 14 when I found I wasn't. 20 years old now working a shitty part time job to pay for college because I couldn't accept the scholarships i was qualified for.

And btw if you go to the legion you atleast get a french citizenship after 5 years of serving.
And with a french citizenship it should be easy to apply for something in the US.

I'm able to work in the goverment.
I'm able to go to the army.
I'm able to vote.
I can work freely in Germany without having specifc papers.
I don't need to explain the police why my ID is on spanish.
I don't need to pay hundreds of euros for papers.

Since I'm illegal I can't. All I have right now is a work permit thanks to the DACA program but that's not enough tbh.
