Depends on their signings and form though. Valenica with Otamendi easily, Villareal of the last 2 seasons yup. Sevilla & Atheletic Bilbao aren't shown but would be just as high.
You can sort of look at them as fluctuating between Crystal Palace & Everton/Tottenham depending on the season.
