I think that blue eyes (maybe blonde too, dunno) is an advantage, and that while Germanic people (both men and women) mostly have had blue eyes, the facial structure have been less important, not saying that Germanic people have bad facial structure, probably the best looking overall, but that Latin people have the best facial structure overall, and when they hit blue eyes, they win.
