Bronx Warriors was definitely a better movie. 2019 was fun b trash but I think Sergio Martino is really a great director and it didn't show in this, he didn't care about scifi like he did about his giallos which are some of the best.

my friend got Disco Godfather pirated, it was a dvdrip. Dolemite was br, it played on 35mm here couple months ago which I missed.

Agreed on bronx, though I do have a soft spot for 2019, watched after buying my poster, kind of mad it got announced on blu shortly after though

I wasn't so hot on Dolemite (or human tornado), think I liked the idea of them more than actually watching them

Great, only saw it once 6-7 years ago and was surprised how little I remembered. The scenes in Sicily were amazing with the orchestra playing

Yeah agreed. I really don't rewatch movies often, I probably should. My appreciation for Godfather increased a lot more with this viewing, found it too slow when I first watched. Makes me think I should watch part 2 sometime soon

Bergman was carried, lets face it, by some of the best actors working during their particular day. Some great films were made. But it is the acting and not particularly the direction that makes them noteworthy. Sure one might argue that he facilitated those performances, so he deserves some credit.
