They're both bad filmmakers, but at least George was once a good one.

Even at their worst they still make better movies than Disney

George is autistic but has vision and snyder is the worst director of modern times

this

1) Want to (or want to appear to want to) create deep and engaging stories
2) Create stories that if you look really really hard and forgive the numerous failings of their presentation, do have a bit of depth
3) Their "bit of depth" isn't really something worth putting as much money and effort into as they do, and has been done before and better
4) They rely on action to drive the plot too much, instead of the plot to drive the action, but every now and again they have a break from that, when it's quite nice for a moment
5) They're both lovable scamps
6) The parody of their work is pretty damn awesome

>both have vision and aesthetics
>films are memorable

i can remember the bad guys of their movies, unlike others

>still believing George is the man responsible for any of his movies being any amount of good

And without him they don't even exist.

this

truth.

Snyder's films aren't memorable though.

The question isn't "do star wars movies exist?" The question is "are they good?" And if your answer is "yes, because of George Lucas" then kill yourself

I didn't say Lucas made them good. I just think it's retarded to point fingers at other people who "really made them good" because they don't even exist without Lucas and anyone who enjoys the fucking movies has to understand that. For any Star Wars fan it's simply retarded to hate him.

One is that you probably shitpost about them multiple times a day

and without star trek none of his fantasy world would exist.

They are white men.
They are good directors.
They have distinct, identifiable styles of directing.
They use large amounts of special effects for their films.

How new are you?

1960s , 1980s you do realize which came first right ?

My sides.

>Love CGI
>both hacks
>Cred Forums says they're great but are really just being contrarian
>take cool ideas and do something bland

both shit
both shit

You're killing me, user. Really. This is hysterical.

But oddly enough you've learned to to reply directly to a post in the 5 minutes since I made fun of you for not knowing how.

Wouldn't it be just as interesting to list the differences?

George Lucas - resisting studio influence
Zach Snyder - Caving to studio influence

George Lucas - funding his own movie
Zach Snyder - relying mostly on others for funding

George Lucas - relying on many creative people to bring to life his imagination
Zach Snyder - relying mostly on studio art designers to bring his vision to film

George Lucas - Offers a playful imaginative world the entire family can enjoy
Zach Snyder - Offers a bleak dark vision of simplistic gestures of context

say what you will little one keep trying maybe one day you can be a big kid

At what moment did you discover how to directly reply to a specific post? I know how it is. You've only been on Cred Forums for 2 days and you don't have everything figured out yet.
