What's your favorite De Niro film?
I guess for me it's Goodfellas.

tough choice. I'd say Heat
I liked him in that film with kid DiCaprio. Annoying as fuck and everytime he was on screen I wanted to murder him; I don't know if it was the script or his performance.
Haven't seen many of his films so I'd have to go with Heat since it's the clear best of what I've seen
i really liked him in "Once Upon a Time in America"
>i'll never watch a deniro movie again
If you don't think the Departed is his best film, you are a nostalgiafag and you shoul kill yourself.
Deer hunter

The patrician choice
haven't seen this one. Is it actually good, or are you memeing like over there
I've heard it's common to sometimes confuse De Niro and Pacino, but Nicholson?
...
It's great. Better than Goodfellas.
I'm more of a goodfellas kind of boy
Easy. Meet the parents
well then i know what i am watching next
actual patrician choice
The ONLY correct answer.
You haven't seen casino? Get on it son!
The script isn't as tight as goodfellas, meanders a little, but with a lot more character drama.
GoodFellas for me but Once Upon A Time In America is a close second.
Man that was a great movie
>healthy
Sure, if you're in the brillo pad business.
>marrying a rich white boy
We made it senpai
Backdraft
THE ONLY CORRECT ANSWER IS MEET THE PARENTS
>not Analyze This
Taxi Driver is by far favorite but OMO his best performance was in Raging Bull.
He's just so scary in that movie. I actually held my breath and started sweating at certain parts, like when he's just quietly talking to his wife or brother but you can feel the anger boiling just beneath the surface and you know they feel it too and that it will explode any second
Hm you have a point. Just cba with all these pretentious plebs saying 'goodfellas' and 'casino' just to sound patrician when actually Meet the parents and Analyze this are undoubtedly the best.
this
Goodfellas is the only choice
Best Performance: Deer Hunter
Best movie: Taxi Driver
Most watchable: Goodfellas.
He ended this thread's whole career.
Either Cape Fear or Awakenings
>fucking plebs not knowing about Three Rooms in Manhattan
its worth a watch, but fuck knows how that one scorsese the academy award when the majority of his earlier flicks didnt.

Dirty Grandpa was kino
The satisfaction when he got his revenge on Waingro was immense
Cabdriver
Deer Hunter
Cape Fear
Taxi Driver
Godfather
Heat or Taxi Driver
Ronin is definitely up there
There was a thread yesterday where the consensus was that he's autistic
Do you guys get that impression? I don't
Heat
Cape Fear
it feels like a joke movie for me. Like a deconstruction of heist/mercenary movies.
Not one mention of King of Comedy?
gotta love the macguffin briefcase that serves as the entire base for the plot
