Jackie and Bennie are the true GOAT
In terms of brutality? The Hunted
I think people don't remember it because it was a low profile, generic-ish action movie starring two people that aren't known for action roles (Benecio del Toro and Tommy Lee Jones), but the fights in the movie are fucking god-tier. Probably the most brutal that have been in a mainstream movie. It actually feels like the characters are trying to kill each other.
Almost all fight scenes are absolutely terrible and have 0 basis in reality.
Second half of this fight scene is good only b/c Mel gets a sweet triangle on Busey.
holy fuck steven seagal is a MESS. I didn't realise he did films since he became a manatee
Man from Nowhere

>Ip man
Aww yis
Definitely this
That's why they're fun, go watch UFC if you want real fights
user he never stopped
Seagal stuf in recent years is fucking hilarious
Sammo's solo work is a bit weak
He works best in teams like in Wheels on Meals, Dragons Forever, and Lucky Stars 1-3
Ip man 1&2 (fight choreographyin 1, starring in 2)
Wheels on meals
Dragons Forever
Spl killzone
My beloved Bodyguard just came out recently and I thought it was really good if not a little slow at points
Project A
Enter the fat dragon
Tony Jaa always had cool hand to hand fight scenes.
MUH SHAKY CAM

Also, Donnie Yen is MA kino whether its wushu or gritty fights.
Kek
You obviously have not seen The Raid.
Every Cowboy Bebop hand-to-hand fight scene
Episode 1's fight scene got me hooked
Warriors Two
Me and my dad loved this film. Very good alternative to Leon
>It's another robot arm grabs someone's throat without instantly crushing it scene
this
kino from start to finish
>dancing
>step up
body part to body part?
on first sight it looks great, but than you realize, he drops the knife into his same hand, and then it's just a silly move. as i can see he not even changes the grip on it...
STAY AWAY YOU CRAZY MOTHER
ITS SO WIDE
Pretty good, made better by the fact that this is filmed two blocks from my apartment. It was pretty cool. I did not get to see Scarjo though.
dubs are awful, like the camera-shaking
>More cuts than the Catwoman basketball scene
No.
Dudes in martial arts films are legit capeshit tier of superhuman. Take RIDICULOUS punishment and keep trucking. I bet Donnie Yen in that movie could take on Cap anyday.
Donnie Yen is like 50 and still doing crazy fight stunts, pretty sure he's superhuman irl
I like the moon fight in Superman IV
BvS
fucking bennie made me laugh so hard just because of how dolled up he looks. like they put blush on his cheeks and eye liner.
The Punisher
He was still a fucking beast irl
YES. Arguably best choreography for a martial arts film of all time.
pretty much anything from kung fu hustle
Ehhh, I thoroughly enjoyed the fight with the 3 masters at the beginning, and the main fight at the end, but all the other ones were kinda meh, and got too wire-fu for my tastes (especially the lovers).
That blind assassins scene gets me diamonds though.
Lau Kar Leung choreography is out of this world and never gets enough recognition.
Eastern Promises...Viggo's shower scene fight.
>Ong baking
You know, I'd watch that.
Just watch God of Cookery
