Seriously, there must be a reason for the content being cut.

The lack of AVGN episodes was because he spent time working on Monster Madness. I don't think he'll at all do 31 shorts for Halloween, that'd be WAY too much work. He complained about how long it took to make Monster Madness, but a short a day would take even more of his time.

He said he is going to make his own horror movie. Thats gonna be something to look on to

You're forgetting that a full Monster Madness requires to watch at least 60 movies (since you won't instantly have a clear list of 31 movies and will ahve to select them. and James has already precised that he had already gone through most of the horror movies he knows already and needs to find new material to comment)
That alone is at least 120 hours, more if the selection takes longer. Plus the final selection of 31 may have to be watched again for the sake of writing the commentary.
You're already looking at 180h for the selection and first draft of the commentary alone.

That said, a lot of the lack of efficiency also comes from James mostly working himself and not getting a whole team like many large youtubers do. But getting your own production team sends you into sort of a nefarious cycle : your production value gets higher, and your output faster, but you need to maintain more people since you are pretty much employing them, meaning you have to produce even more in order to reach the required revenue to keep everything afloat.
It's already happening with Cinemassacre, that's part of the reason why we have James & Mike Monday being a regular thing.
But in the end, the slow releases are a consequence of James keeping the scale small and staying in his lane of DIY videos.

AVGN movie was Co written by the glitch gremlin jew and others like his wife pushing the nigger/female agenda onto his script.

To be fair though, the script of that movie had been messed up by Kevin Finn quite a lot, and the premise itself may not have been very solid in the first place.
A horror movie might end up being more of a passion project while the AVGN movie was clearly trying to be a crowd-pleaser.
