>last two surviving members of F Society >lul who cares xddd
Evan Taylor
I care plenty about Trenton? Main problem this season is they didn't show her and Darlene enough.
Trenton's my fave sometimes because of the way she's awkward in a more relateable way than Elliot and kind of out of place but still gets into the spirit of things.
Ryan Myers
I had to pause the episode, because the dark army car and the white wall made me certain that they were going to get shot by the Dark Army
the scene felt kinda pointless after they didn't get shot
I really liked season 2 but the finale just felt like another episode
Owen Wright
They're probably under protection by the DA in the first place. If Trenton has information that valuable they'd be dumb to kill them right off, especially in broad daylight.
I think the episode focusing on them was well received, along with Leon, so they're probably going to bump up all 3 of them to season regular next year.
Trenton's honestly one of the best characters on the show. She has the most sympathetic motivations and seems the most human and believably awkward. I want to see her come out of her shell a bit(and I don't mean the hijab, I hope they don't get rid of it altogether for S3).
Jayden Allen
there aren't any threads about this because all the "TYRELL IS ELLIOT" fags got btfo
Jaxon Parker
she's such a fucking qt with that hair tho
Jaxson Taylor
>"we can put everything the way it was with what I found"
>"excuse me,do you have the time?"
OH BOY, I WONDER WHERE THATS GOING
Christopher Nguyen
>under protection by the DA I don't think so. When it showed his mug shot on the FBI wall next to his name it said he was missing
Cooper Nelson
>hahaha i was merely pretending to be retarded
Nicholas Lee
That scene where Darlene learns about the extent of the investigation was kino. The Elliot-Robot-Tyrell scene was very good. Hyped for season 3.
Jaxson Lopez
>dry and uninteresting I don't see it. I personally was on edge during the whole thing. Loved the way the "Tyrell is Elliot" bullshit theory was handled.
Robert Myers
>"I want to be there when he wakes up"
what did she mean by this?
Robert Hall
Probably that she wants to be there when he wakes up, but English isn't my first language so I dunno.
Liam Jackson
Does Price know Whiterose is Whiterose, I can't remember
Julian Davis
one of the most punchable faces in tv
Samuel Collins
...
Hudson Walker
So will it be season 3 or 4 where the chinese finally achieve human instrumentality?
Evan Taylor
While I feel like most of us can agree that Season 2 is overall weaker than Season 1, can we all agree that this was the best moment of the entire series so far?
>post credit scene? remember the flashback when elliot first put the mask on? remember the plan? joey badass was there to clean up loose ends.
James Edwards
i hate the look of this fucking slut
Jonathan Hughes
all this anger because your waifu got blacked
Chase Sanders
Did they threesome fuck yet?
Isaiah Butler
Finale definitely under-delivered
but goddamn it I still want to know what happens next season so it pretty much succeeded on that front.
DAMN YOU EMAILS
Brayden Cook
she's in 2 deep: even got blacked for the cause
Thomas Brown
I'm pretty sure this episode was only based on a few breadcrumbs with not much substance or development but I still loved it. Don't understand how they do that, I'm still captivated.
Eli Foster
this is pretty much a reference to Primer for those who didn't catch it.
>two bored employees discover way to turn back time >metaphorically >and literally
time travel confirmed (for next season)
bramail esmo
Adam Perry
What if it's both Primer and Madoka for next season?
Charles Robinson
I would fap so much, yet I'm pretty sure the series is hinting and feeling kinda surreal/surnatural when it's not.
Ayden Taylor
so whats this show about and why should I watch it. Sell it to me Cred Forums
Luke King
Joey Badass was in the credits in the beginning, where the fuck was Joey Badass?
Jace Jackson
In the mid-credit scene
Benjamin Davis
i liked joey badass as leon
Xavier Morales
i always hated this show, but decided to be fair and watch it before judging. i stopped watching after that crisis actor scene. fucking lmao. was that supposed to be a joke? the writers are hacks. it's like they went onto Cred Forums and took all they could from Cred Forums, Cred Forums and /x/
Blake Diaz
just watched that part, yeah he fucking murked them.
Parker Torres
It turns out that scene was just some lone loon as far as we can tell thus far.
Gabriel Roberts
>surreal/surnatural when it's not.
I still kind of think Mr. Robot is an interdimensional being taking on the form of Elliot's father or some kind of time travelling clone.
Also, if next season is Madoka'd, I want Elliot wearing Madoka's outfit at some point even if it's not the full one. Tyrell gets Homura. Mr. Robot gets Mami's.
Blake Green
nah they're going to go on whacky time travel adventuers shut up user
Joseph Ward
Gimmicky as fuck.
Caleb Butler
If the show is so shit, why are you watching it? Do you like watching shit?
Andrew Morgan
no shit, idiot. it was fucking stupid. i hadn't laughed so hard at a stupid scene since the red wedding in game of reddit
Luis Stewart
Honestly I think it would be very hard for any show to follow up the kind of first season this one had. It also doesn't help that Email directed and wrote all of the episodes this season, he's too close to the material for it to be the best that it can be, you can't really be objective when you're that close to what you're working on. This finale wasn't nearly as good as the first seasons but I think it worked as well as it could have with everything it had to work with from this season. Although I believe we could have had a better cliff hanger on par with the one season one left us with
Kevin Ward
That scene where Darlene gets out of the interrogation room and everyone is looking at her like she's some sort of supernatural entity is fucking kino.
Landon Baker
Why does this faggot wear the hoodie? Does he call it comfy?
Carter Bell
Yeah, really shit. This show is like LOST. All hype and no deliver.
Also this fucking bitch can not act at all, they need to reduce her scenes to a minimum.
Mason Collins
@74616249 i already explained that i was watching it so i could fairly judge it. now i can say without bias that the show is complete garbage and written by hacks who get their material from Cred Forums
Jacob Taylor
>I've never met anybody who was even remotely interested in their story arc
I like all of the characters and care about all of their arcs. I am not eagerly waiting for any of them to die. The ones that have died, I'm sad didn't get to do more or give us more of their story beforehand. None of it is filler.
Wyatt Watson
...
William Sanchez
I don't know why people keep saying this. That scene with Alexa in the last episode had me in bits. She's one of the most believable people in the show, along with Trenton and Mobley.
Ayden Fisher
>This show is like LOST
Lost is the best TV series ever made, so no, not even close
Adrian Ortiz
She looks like a disgusting lesbian pornstar desu senpai
Thomas Bennett
Did they fuck?
Owen Brown
There's always flashbacks.
They need to do some shit with Mobley & Trenton next season. I think people would care a lot more about Dom if they gave her more backstory too.
Jackson Cruz
>was super hyped for this episode >kept telling people last episode was shit because it was built as a 2 parter so this finale will fix it >it didnt >was by far the worst finale I have ever seen
They could have at least tied up and explained SOMETHING for fuck sake, instead they just keep adding more unexplained bullshit until I can barely care about half these loose ends anymore.
I'll probably still watch at least the start of next season because I'm a fucking moron but the viewers will definitely go down again for next season, may even be cancelled
Jace Richardson
Did you not watch her interview with Darlene? When she start laughing? It was hilariously bad
Ryan Richardson
What happened to all the political stuff in the 1st half of the 1st season?
I don't miss it because it was cringey teen stuff, but it still just seemed to disappear
Jaxon Torres
They fucked Tyrell, alright.
Jack Harris
Yea, but it leaves way too many unanswered questions as to where season 3 is going. So many people are up against the fence on how she looks that I know. In some scenes she looks good, in others like absolute garbage. So weird. This is how I feel exactly, we have no clue whatsoever how season 3 will be. Wasn't nice of Emails to do that, not nice at all. She can act, it's just they make her come off as a geek in some scenes, in others she's hardcore Miss FBI agent, she sends mixed signals to the audience. The scene where she was looking for Darlene and her boy toy, that anxiety on her face to find them was well played by her. Then when she shows Darlene what they know, she was calm and collective, it's weird she goes from total badass bitch FBI to scared lonely geek, so it sends signals sometimes like her acting is off, it's really not.
Caleb Russell
Mmmyes.
Carson Gutierrez
they solved most of the short term things?
I get that you're upset but they pretty much spelled out Stage 2 and Tyrell is real, so...
Jace Baker
Yeah. Like a lot of the characters, she's awkward. I think people interpret certain things as "good acting" that's actually sort of smooth or if the character is awkward, a very Kino interpretation of it(like Elliot).
Caleb Stewart
Dom's a weird mix of dead inside, geeky and deeply manipulative. I like her.
Tyler Ward
The gang learned that the destruction of the capitalist system causes harm if you have no system to replace it with. Or something like that, I think.
Jonathan Ortiz
They explained what happened to Tyrell, what is part two, and what's the deal with Angela. Are you genuinely retarded?
Gabriel Richardson
If you read Esmail's interviews it was influenced by the Arab spring and such revolutions. Even if you do have something to replace it with, there's always this awkward period afterwards where different groups grab for power and often things don't get better(Iranian revolution for example).
Carson Lee
They realized that fucking the economy of the world is actually retarded, that's why everyone is regretting ever taking part on this chuuni hack shit on the second season.
Brandon Lopez
The show is finally becoming more about the characters and their own personal motivations/the way they're shaping the world instead of why you should feel bad for owning an iPhone and going to Church when you were a kid.
David Evans
Didn't only one black guy die? Elliots still alive, his dad never existed, darlenes still there and then theres those 2.
Who btw bailed on everyone the first sign of trouble.
This was the best scene and from then its been down hill. Not too fast at first, but still going down.
Is that first sentance a question? It doesnt look like on but you ended it with a question mark anyway???
Ignoring that I'm talking about the shit they set up in the first half of the finale (last episode). I expected a ton to be answered and then a few left alone before it ended on another big cliff hanger. Instead they just piled on more and more. They explained some things but they added on far more than they should in a finale.
They explained nothing about Angela you moron. Who were those guys on the tain? Why did she threaten Elliot? Why was she in contact with Tyrell? Since when?
Also they never really expanded on Tyrell other than hes alive still, the opening scene had already happened they just swapped MrRobot for Elliot
Part 2 was explained, I'll give you that much.
Matthew Ramirez
>Whole season was about Elliott struggling with control >"I'm taking back control" >Control is but an illusion >Get shot >Will continue getting plot points from his dominant side
>They explained nothing about Angela you moron. Who were those guys on the tain? Why did she threaten Elliot? Why was she in contact with Tyrell? Since when? Holy fuck, are you stupid? WR turned her over. That's it. The goons in the trains were just that, goons. Now, she has been given a mission by WR. That's it.
Parker Cox
honestly elliot could still be tyrell
Adam Powell
Cancer like this is why the series is going to get cancelled.
It's overstepping the normie limits of tolerance.
Nolan Reyes
>honestly elliot could still be tyrell
The only way that's happening is if he's inside Tyrell... with his dick.
Logan Reyes
>tyrell blubbers his way through shooting elliot in the gut >weepily admits that he "loves" him
Holy fuck couldn't he have found some other way to go about keeping Elliot chill instead of straight up shooting the motherfucker?
Bentley Reed
...
Zachary Wilson
>Is that first sentance a question? it's called high rising intonation. In this case it's to denote a rhetorical question.
Explaining the entirety of Stage 2 in one speech solved a huge chunk of this season's pertinent mysteries.
you people would fucking hated Twin Peaks when it first aired. This is how you weed out the plebs.
Jaxon Taylor
Why isn't anyone analyzing Angela's scene at the end? What exactly is going on there? It seems more complicated than "Oh she was behind it all from the beginning".
Chase Brown
>implying Tyrell is a mentally stable person himself
he literally strangled a woman to death for no reason
Brandon Miller
>Shooting Elliot in the gut >Then telling Elliot that he loves him
#JustTyrellThings
Lucas Moore
Elliott told him to shoot anyone that'd stand in his way, even himself.
Connor Morris
is Tyrelliot confirmed now or what?????
Jeremiah Price
See . Angela has only been involved since episode 11. You know, last week.
Oliver Watson
>Elliot himself turns into a "tyrell is elliot" fag >gets BTFO by the king
Jaxson Long
Tyrell is clearly thirsting for that socially retarded hacker dick but I'm pretty sure Elliot would rather drink acid than spend more time with Tyrell than absolutely necessary.
Levi Gonzalez
because it's relatively obvious (given the little that we know)
She was going to expose the chemical leak details, White Rose intervened, showed her something (not her peen) which changed her mind and was presumably told to work with Tyrell to fulfil their plan.
Joshua Gomez
What's with all this talk of Angela being blacked?
I don't get it.
Noah Harris
>WR turned her over
You know that how? Or are you kust guessing and pretending to be a smart arse?
Elijah Harris
Honestly if anyone in this clusterfuck of a show needs medication and extensive therapy, it's Tyrell.
Jaxson Allen
Pretty much. But we have yet to have one of these scenes. Maybe in season 3 though.
Sebastian Adams
>it's a Tyrell takes you to his warehouse rape den episode
black dude was an undercover FBI agent honeytrap. watch the showwwww
Nolan Howard
She literally fucked some black guy because she was sad. Have you watched he show?
Angel King
>not her peen
You can't be sure about that.
Henry Morales
Due to the fact she straight up did wwhat WR asked her to : Dropping the chemical leak case (the lawyer scene)? Or due to the fact she is still alive ? Or maybe it's due to the fact the creator of the show straight up said it in case you were still wondering about it. Damn I don't know. I must be guessing here.
Jason Richardson
>I love him But does he love Elliot or Mr. Robot?!
William Gomez
Cisco was my favorite character.
Ryder Lee
It does not matter. There is no Mr. Robot. Only Elliot.
Isaac Jenkins
keyser söze 2.0
Nathaniel Reed
>So Tyrell’s alive, and he is in fact real. But I’m not sure who was more surprised that Elliot got shot — him or the audience.
That is the point of that scene. I’m glad you brought that up. The whole time, whenever we talk about the show in the writers’ room and making the show, we always want the audience to be with Elliot. When he believes something, we believe in it with him. If Elliot’s confused about something, which he oftentimes is, we’re just as confused as he is. And if he’s in contradiction to us, which he will say to us, then we’re opposing him. I love the relationship we’ve created with Elliot. It’s a little unlike anything I’ve personally seen. I think it’s in a weird way its own dynamic and it’s allowed us to create these scenes where you can direct attention where you otherwise wouldn’t have if we didn’t have that offscreen relationship with him.
He doesn't know there's a difference, but the part he loves best seems to be Mr. Robot.
Brayden Young
>creator of the show said it
I'm not into it enough to watch all the interviews and news stories about it, I just watch the show and saw nothing that said for sure that she's just following his orders.
Regardless the last episode was still shit, I wouldnt be surprised at all if the 3rd season is the last.
Brandon Rivera
He loves them both. They're gonna threesome. Elliot gets Tyrell's upstairs mouth while Mr. Robot gets the downstairs one.
Ayden Edwards
Post you're face when the frogo got rekt
Grayson Myers
>A character we have seen three times approaches one of the main cast
"You know, when I was a kid I had this idea that growing up means growing a beard"
>main character stare silently
"But then I realized it's all about a choose: the choose of eat or be eaten!
>secondary character leaves
"Think about it"
>another scene, there's Elliott doing laundry >dark synthpop music playing >Elliott talking to himself
"routine means the circle of life, life is uneasy to approach to a standpoint. We have to live with our fears. Connecting people isn't just meaningless 90s internet manifesto: it's also our worst fear" >Mr. Robot approaches "Man, this turkey sandwiches are amazing!"
>FBI agent approaches on of her collagues "So you did have fun last night?" "Yes, I accepted his cookie" >Plot twist: Tyrrell nailed FBI loner agent
>Written by Sam Esmail
Robert Jenkins
couldn't elliot have shot himself
Joseph Davis
so is he alive?
William Price
What about the facts she did what WR asked her to? Or that she is now in contacts with Tyrell who was hidden away by the dark army? Damn, it's ok, you were distracted and missed it ; everyone makes mistakes, you should just own up to it.
Carter Robinson
It's almost like they're the same person and Mr. Robot is just the composite of everything Elliot simultaneously hates about himself and wishes he could be.
But Tyrell probably saw more of the Robot side.
Christian Torres
guys I have a new theory
what if Mr Robot, Tyrell and Angela are all actually Elliot?
Easton Mitchell
Dumb as fuck. Angela is clearly an alter of Tyrell's for when he wants to go full White Rose and feel pretty.
Jackson Phillips
Obvious tribute by Esmail to Fight Club still. Blowing up the building above the street, losing his SKITZIFRENJA to a bullet.
Liam Nguyen
Since Elliot is Mr. robot then he is as evil as Mr. robot and he is a murderer and we should not forget that. Let’s not give Elliot all of this sympathy when he is truly a very evil person and just because we see the Elliot side of his personality as being the real one Does not mean it’s true. Elliot in Mr. Robot are the same person so let’s not be so sympathetic here. If he’s going to blow up a huge building across the street and kill if not hundreds thousands of people what kind of human being is this man? Food for thought folks. Elliot is a huge villain here.
Samuel Davis
What if Cred Forums is actually in Elliott's mind?
Wyatt Kelly
so are you saying Tyrell is Esmail is Fincher is Palahniuk?
Gavin Baker
Anybody would stop because some powerful girl threatens them over it. Not proof.
She could have been leading the show long before this to have contact with Tyrell. Not proof.
Get over youself you alt-right conspiracy nutter, you know nothing for sure.
Eli Kelly
/hm/ and /d/... oh my Elliot.
Elijah White
Yea me too, she's weird, but interesting, almost true to life in some weird way.
Blake Fisher
Honestly I always see people talking about how Tyrell is such a psychopath and a murderer and a terrible person but Elliot has also ruined a shitload of lives and he's treated like the poor sad little froggu. He's a massive destructive cunt who was bad enough he got put into therapy for anger management, for fuck's sake.
Brandon James
RIP Cisco ;_;
Brody Allen
i keep seeing that gif, where is it from? i-i'm asking for a friend of course
Liam Flores
No, please no. God no. No. NOOOOOOOOOO!
No time-travel in this show, please. Go full on Matrix, but no Primer shit, please.
Samuel Bell
I'm saying you're an autist
Josiah Rogers
Because I keep posting it in Roboto threads. I found it on themachinegun.tumblr.com in the 2015 archives.
Luke Scott
I think Price knows, but it was never shown. Although he gets easily played by Angela and considering, how 'trans' most of the women in the show look like...
Ian Bennett
They're both terrible people. At least, Tyrell has got some of his shit together.
Kayden Russell
I want to be Joannas minion
Andrew King
>not wanting Primer kino nigga please.
also why aren't people talking about what Trenton is gesturing to in this scene? She says "just look at it" and Mobley looks over to something, but when the camera pans over it's just a parking lot.
Isaiah Watson
10/10
Jaxson Robinson
Esmail confirmed he's alive.
This isn't a question anymore.
Daniel Carter
Member the times, when this was Cred Forums's favorite Leon? I member. I liked those times.
Ian Price
>was on the FBI Board >has been in the shadows all of season 2 Was he pulling the strings?
Jonathan Bell
Well goddamn, Tyrell is husbando as fuck when his hair isn't terrible and he's not sobbing.
Isaac Brooks
I liked Cisco, too.
Benjamin Morris
...
Nathan Lee
Jesus fuck everybody but Mini Meryl, Roboto, and Tyler has huge eyes on this show. She's like brown anime.
Tyler Williams
>fuck her and her fetus corpse what did she mean by this?
Kayden Green
I thought she means us - the audience. Elliot's secret imaginary friend. Elliot discovered us. We are the above, where Tyrell is supposed to look instead of front of him.
Its us... Mr. Robot is about a world simulation. Its the Matrix. Elliot understands.
Liam Flores
So, in reality, it's not Elliot that Tyrell loves... it's Mr. Robot. Tyrellbot when?
Brody Bailey
It's a physiological/paranoid thing, he is trying to hide himself from people.
>that track in this scene It is like emails and his minions are are capable to create great scenes like that on a daily basis or something
Joshua Hernandez
rule 34 on that. Someone here cyn draw right? Elliot watching while Tyrell is fucking his imaginary dad. DO IT!
Josiah Ward
The vikings are a weird bunch.
Landon Carter
>that gay anti-christian shit in episode 3
wew, hope we get to see that Muslim girl leave her faith and step on the Koran
Oh, wait
John Diaz
Delete this lewd homosexual propaganda
Adam Morris
I swear I'm not gay. But dayum.
Aiden Davis
Goddamn, user. You read my mind.
Brody Rivera
So what's the deal with Dom knowing everything and how is Darlene special?
Ayden Gonzalez
This right here is why discussion of television has gone to shit across the entire internet. Everyone needs everything spoonfed to them.
Matthew Allen
t. yet another person who completely missed the point of those scenes.
if you actually paid attention to the show you'd know he owns up to his hypocrisies when he leaves the illusion.
Ayden Sanchez
No.
Shhh... embrace it, user.
John Walker
>only starts to believe in God when he's high on pills
Really makes you think
Evan Edwards
Darlene isn't special but she wants to feel like she is, I think Dom was using that to make her talk.
The FBI reveal was just showing that F-Society weren't as untouchable as they claimed they were earlier because Dom had them all pretty much figured out.
William Allen
Anyone thoughts on this?
Cameron Myers
>How is Darlene special? From what I gather, the implication was that being special is a matter of perspective. Even though she wasn't an actual shot-caller with the hackers, to the FBI she was one of the main masterminds behind the entire operation.
Ryder Myers
So, does Tyrell "loves" like "loves" Eliott?
Hunter Ward
Considering there was a scene in the last season where he practically broke down in tears talking about how great Elliot is and he sounded like he was jacking it during the one bonsoir phone call from earlier in the season, I think it's safe to say he loves Elliot in fanatical religious way but would also willingly let Elliot dick him down.
The recent Esmail interview seems to suggest that he's straight up in love with Elliot which is supposed to fuck with how we perceive him as the bad guy.
Noah Miller
FBI had been tailing Angela. They picked up some of F Soc from forensic evidence at the end of the world party and from that one legged guy in the hospital. They had stuff on Romero. Don't know how they figured out Trenton and Mobley.
It was just a map of associations; they didn't have a smoking gun for all persons of interest, nor did they know the whys or hows. They still think Tyrell is behind it all.
2nd Point: Thematically Dom sees herself in Darlene, therefore her telling her she's special fulfils her own desire to be special. She doesn't know if Darlene is actually special, but she can use that line as a tactic to get her to open up.
Or maybe she just wants to tell Darlene something that nobody ever told her.
Jordan Hill
What was the point of Dom revealing that evidence board? I thought everyone knew the FBI knew all that already.
Daniel Morales
The point was to confirm how fucked they are.
Jordan Hall
TThe FBI never mentioned Elliot.
Julian Russell
nothing ever happens: the season
Gabriel Turner
Pretty sure she wants her to be the kingpin
Anthony Davis
I read that chinese sandwitch man looked at both of them, but can't confirm right now.
Liam Nelson
Also, Angela talked to Tyrell about Elliot on the phone.
Andrew Clark
Now that I think about it...
What if we're on the wrong lines... We're asking if Tyrell is Elliot?
What if Elliot is Tyrell?
William Phillips
Not to mention the fact that they're clearly labeled as two different people on the FBI board. I suppose it's possible for Tyrell to be real and for Elliot to basically be stealing his likeness/personality as a scapegoat for the fucked up shit Elliot is doing while Tyrell is out there doing his own thing somewhere but that's even more retarded.
Julian Martinez
She has a thing for old dudes, for all wie know.
Isaiah Robinson
For this only? It was a little weak for a season finale reveal, and even for, well, just a reveal. What does it actually change? FBI/Dom already had proofs and stuff...is it supposed to be that shocking?
Carson Richardson
Seeing how there are seemingly no boundaries on what Elliot can perceive as reality, I guess everything is a possibility.
But the way his father was flashing and fading while Tyrell remained solid is a pretty big hint that he's actually real.
Kayden Hall
The pacing is pretty special (on purpose, everything contributes to a weird armosphere in this show) but despite having myself thinked the same thing you do, I don't think that's actually true. Just think about any character and you'll see how they all either evolved or revealed something big.
Julian Miller
He's definitely real - Sam knew everyone would think he was fake and Elliot even mentioned it, then got shot for it.
Oliver Johnson
They just showed a whole fucking scene explaining Tyrell shot Eliott for real. How.
Justin Lewis
...
Brandon Cook
You're forgetting last season's "shocking reveal". Everyone (everyone here at least) had figured out that Mr Robot isn't real several episodes before the season ended. You have to keep in mind that the show is written in a way that pretty much everyone can follow the plot.
Liam Collins
>Darlene is also Elliot, that's why she sees two pictures
John Torres
>Angela was working with Tyrell the whole time what the fuck how when why
Fuck you Sam, finale seasons are supposed to close plot lines, not open new ones!
Not "the whole time", just since last episode. The reason why is still up in the air.
Noah Peterson
People still struggle. See
Jackson Lewis
Hum yeah but I'm not only in it for the reveals themselves actually. What I want is for them to make sense in the character evolution. This reveal...oh wait, I was about to say "this reveal serves nothing", but it does, it's to get Darlene to evolve actually. People closely connected to Eliott are chosing different sides. Angela with Whiterose, Darlene with the FBI, and that will make some good drama in the future I suppose.
Justin Wilson
Honestly given how fucking weird he is as a human being, I could see it.
David Nelson
man I just finished the episode I had not time to go to reddit read latest conspiracy theories
David Reyes
Why does everyone on this show look like either an amphibian or reptile
Evan Diaz
I have a terrible memory but in episode 11, did Whiterose tell Angela something about how reality can be manipulated or something? Was it about psychic powers or some shit?
Michael Ross
because it's called Mr. Ribbit
Carter Diaz
Maybe they drugged her.
Nicholas Ortiz
Having people with unusual faces is actually pretty refreshing.
Jaxon Clark
The penny also drops for Darlene that it's way bigger than she ever realised. She saw talk of stage 2 in the DA IRC but didn't know what to make of it. Dom took her there to show her she's special, but she realised how in the dark, and how much of a pawn she's been. Probably also realised, Elliot or Tyrrell was responsible for the shell casing which is one of the main reasons she's there.
Noah Howard
i dont understand what angelas motivation is anymore
Tyler Rogers
Why is this show so much more surreal, to a degree that it's even more so surreal than twin peaks was? And I'm 42 so I was around when Twin Peaks Happened.
Daniel Hall
That was probably a metaphor for how we're all capitalist sheeple living in a digitalized reality where nothing is really real because we're not on the gold standard anymore or something.
Brandon Perez
He stands there looking intense in his power suit drinking his free slurpee through a 7-11 beach themed acrylic straw with a clown candle slowly burning on the lid.
Camden Moore
>she's an empowered bitch out to slay capitalism! >no, she's drinking the e-corp koolaide! >actually, she's a hacker and an honorary Fsociety member! >no wait, she's under WR's thumb! >and now she and someone she should absolutely hate are in cahoots to neutralize her boyfriend in order to protect The Good Fight!
Evan Morales
You can probably guess: it was a cliffhanger. Whiterose showed up, spat some primo riddles, then next scene is Angela showing up at her lawyer's house with a completely different plan.
wait till season 9 to find out what happened I guess
what's with all the 42 year olds on Cred Forums today. You better not be the same Disney princess guy.
Hunter Perez
This guy can frown better than anyone I've ever seen before.
Jaxson Peterson
This is literally the perfect show to make normies feel smart for watching it.
Noah Jones
How did she figure this all out? Is she using NSA for this? From what we've seen, she couldn't have pieced this together. Or could she?
I think I love her, although she's quite repulsive.
Nathan Reyes
It's to arouse the scalies and/or reptilians and/or reptilian lovers.
Jaxon Williams
Hey guys watch out!!!!! Look who's on your left!!! He's going to steal your sneakers and your car radio!!! Run!!!!
Leo Bennett
>that scene where tyrell sneaks up on Elliot and spooks him before smiling like a retard
Exactly how the fuck does Mr. Robot act around Tyrell to make him think doing shit like that isn't weird?
Oliver Edwards
It looks more like a sad/angry pout to me.
Ryan Martinez
I don't have any normies friends watching it but I'm pretty sure they'd all leave pretty soon. Even here, people are like "nothing happens". Even in tv shows trying harder to make use of huge cliffhangers and stuff, normies end up getting bored after a few seasons (my take is that most shows usually don't decrease in quality, it's just people getting bored and wanting new things, just look at how most people are listening to music...)
Jack Williams
its cause hes gay tbf
Camden Davis
You mean this one? I thought it was great.
Isaac Thomas
>season 3 >Tyrell learns that he loves Mr. Robot all along >they run away together and live like the weirdos in love that they are
Jackson Bennett
So because you think you arent a normie, your friends arent normies either, right?
Jaxon Richardson
I want to marry that weird face.
Liam Foster
BASED TYRELL
Jordan Wright
what he meant by this?
Wyatt Bailey
No, I said I don't have any of my normies friends watching. I do have normies friends but they watch more generic stuff. Sorry my english is bad.
James Scott
I know people have meme'd about this already but why is Tyrell just walking around looking like his usual self with the same old haircut and suits? He isn't trying to look a little differently.
Jacob Flores
he meant this
Jose Robinson
>this qt face >weird
nah you're just realising that Trenton was best girl all along.
Henry Hughes
What if stage 2 is stage 2 of the human evolution ? What if Eliott's father was working on it? (I think someone in the series said Eliott/Angela/Darlene are more special than they think they are)
Aiden Watson
He meant that we (elliot and tyrell) were supposed (should have been but perhaps aren't going to) be gods (almighty beings who brought about a new world by fucking up the economy)
Jonathan Campbell
Her eyes are fucking gigantic I'm in love
Ethan Nguyen
Maybe you are a normie yourself. How could you know?
Camden Sullivan
even though I know the actress doesn't wear hijab normally she still looks kinda weird without it. i think sunita mani normally wears her hair kinda big/curly though which looks better.
And yeah Trenton's always been best girl.
James Johnson
Satan has spoken: Trenton is best girl.
David Ward
>tfw series end with trenton and elliot falling in love
Xavier Myers
Because I tend to watch and listen to a lot of very different things including things that most "normal" people would drop pretty fast or not even consider watching or listening to because they're not the usual kind of structures or mood they know. I mean to take the example of music, just give anything that doesn't have a "pop song structure" (which doesn't mean it's pop either) to the average people and see the results. I know that sound, I'm not considering myself superior or anything. I also consume popular and/or dumb "easy" things.
So yeah back to your question : if a normie is someone consuming the average kind of art, then I'm not. It's not interesting tho.
What would be is seeing how normies consider Mr Robot. Everything is pretty diluted and it makes me thing most people will lose interest during season 2.
Michael Cox
I said that shit when was on the subway with Elliot. Her whole conversation made it seem like she was much more involved than she seemed to be.
>That scene where Darlene learns about the extent of the investigation So does Darlene think Elliot was manipulated or is she upset they have a prime suspect to be the leader thats not her or Elliot?
How else do you think they make this show last 5 seasons?
How have none of you commented on Joanna getting beaten?
Eli Lee
Stop over thinking it.
It's probably a final blow to E-corp.
Adam Price
Pretty sure he killed my man with that "stray bullet". The feds are clueless. Pretty sure Mr. R9K sent him after he through that fit. Joey B has been cleaning up lose ends since S1.
Brayden Hill
I think she's upset because the main suspects are Elliot and Tyrell and the FBI think she's just basically a lackey (albeit leader of the other lackeys).
She's even in a box labeled "fsociety" - the FBI seems to consider Angela more important than her.
Evan Ross
Mr. Robot is a sociopath, but he's also a dad. He may have spooked Tyrell the same way.
Jayden Young
t. Satan
>it's a Trenton interns at Deals Deals Deals and dances with Whoopie Goldberg and Ilana episode
Anthony Diaz
That was done to trigger her. Bet FBI knows what's up.
Christian Flores
Angela wasnt apart of it since the begining. White rose told her about how she can REALLY take down ecorp. Since her last plan failed she was all in.
Elliot tyrell and whiterose are the ones who know everything.
Elliot planned on getting shot. He knew he would try to stop things.
Christian Fisher
That would make me sad desu. The series having this kind of eerie atmosphere, I'd be a bit disapoint that it doesn't lead to a surprise fantasy or at least more SF element.
Nolan Turner
Dom has her figured out and knows that she wants to be seen as special so yeah probably just triggering her to make her talk.
Joshua Miller
damn she's so hot regardless of hair/headscarf style
Isaiah Barnes
Angela is White Rose
Prove me wrong. You literally can't.
Julian Ramirez
>two seasons >not a single connection drop
Illusion ruined
Jaxson Martin
Oh also, I don't think they'd make such a fuss and such a mystery of stage 2 if it was "only" this. It's nothing really new and I think the series needs to create new stakes (is that the right word to use?)
Asher Robinson
Wow. Nice theory.
Caleb Stewart
angelas always been ambitious, getting her position at allsafe at her age, despite having minimal qualifications if any, and working her way into the Ecorp position despite being completely unqualified, her ambitions has always been part of her character, and WR exploited that by letting her become part of something greater and more influential than anything she could have imagined. Thats how Xe recruited her
Jace Bell
>he actually believes Tyrell isn't another personality Lmao kiddo. Mr robot was a real person, Tyrell doesn't have to be dead to be another personality in elliots head.
>Bu-bu-but the phone call Tyrell isn't dead you dipshit, Elliot hasn't been in control of his body since the mind awake body asleep episode.
Charles Gutierrez
Oh. That's a cool idea. That Eliott wouldn't be the only one having a double personnality. But I don't think it works for many reasons. Too lazy to enumerate but just think about Angela's relationship with Ecorp to start with. Also mentally her having a double/double personnality (man and woman Whiterose) wouldn't make much sense.
Brayden Phillips
This show is secretly a sequel to Hercules: The Legendary Journeys?
Robert Long
There was a poster few days ago who had interesting theory >stage one: attack e-corp and devaluate dollar as global currency >stage two: make sure that whole world accepts e-coin as a new global currency >stage three: redistribute wealth to everyone with hidden executive
Brody Morgan
but Ecorp is the business model behind the dark army. regardless of what happens to the CEO the dark army will still have them be their puppet
Nathan Jones
Elliot and tyrell are not lovers. They've know each other for a long time. They are good friends.
Men have feelings too! And shouldnt be shamed for showing them.
Hudson Brown
every season is a new stage, stage 2 isnt the final blow but its the next step in ensuring that the old fundamental structure of the economy is destroyed, ecoin is going to be their only solution and im betting the big plan WR was talking about being in works for decades is some type of quantom computer or processor that lets them manufacture crypto currency at a much faster rate and gives them major influence in the economy
Thomas Hill
it's not even up in the air the dark army was going to kill her if she didn't work for them plus they work with eliot and she likes him
Nathan Brown
her profile is super pretty too. Considering her and Dom, I think this show has given me a beak fetish.
John Taylor
>Elliot and tyrell are not lovers
Ethan Torres
Except for in season 1 when Elliot meets with WhiteRose and its BD Wongs trans character and they are only given 5 minutes to talk.
Ian Gray
Yeah, Elliot and Tyrell are bros. Tyrell and Mr. Robot are the ones who are lovers.
Michael Brown
Would be a shame if after a technologically realistic series they spoil it with plot lines that are economically stupid
Jayden Gutierrez
considering how much people are up in arms about the POSSIBILITY of time travel, I think we got off lightly.
It hasn't gone into full-on LOST territory... yet...
Asher Hill
HOW IS EVERYONE MISSING THIS? SHE SAYS TO LOOK AT THE CODE/KEYS, SHE FOUND A WAY TO UNDO THE HACK
Colton Wood
Elliot says he wants to save the world.
So it has to do something with global economy. Crashing e-corp does really nothing.
Andrew Ward
im not stop shitposting all of these threads with those stupid theories

Tranny WR hates ecorp. Angela hates ecorp.

The anti-religion rant could just as easily applied to Islam so I felt awful for her. But it was meant to be him being a le edgy rebbiter, as was the case if you followed the damn show
Also don't even pretend the two things are given fair/equal treatment. Christians aren't constantly forced to take roles as terrorists to keep going.

just be careful, when you finish the game your save gets wiped. there's a very obvious moment when the game is over, so if you want to take any screen captures, do it before you make your decision.
Michael Ross
The opposite, they showed it for years and then when people started getting killed because of Muhammad satire they announced their 200 and 201 episodes would have been about Mohammed
Comedy Central freaked out and censored then last minute Are you new? The uncensored version surfaced thanks to Cred Forums, it was unseen before that

Look, if you really think that it's somehow Christians that get the short end of the stick and Muslims are constantly celebrated you are not existing in reality. Characters like Trenton are largely a relatively recent phenomenon and don't cancel out the slews of Muslim terrorists we've seen in TV shows and films throughout the years, coupled with the sort of Disney-ish caricatures.
It's very rare to see a middle eastern or Muslim character in a positive role vs. a villainous ones. Just because they're not Islamophobic in exactly the way that you want them to me, doesn't mean that they aren't, and you sound edgy as fuck if we're honest about it.
Mr. Robot is an american TV show. Christians, as a group, aren't oppressed by the US. Muslims are, at home and especially abroad. It's not that Muslims, or gays are somehow a protected group and that's why you don't see people going on rants about them. It's just that we've arrived at the point where at least on surface level when people kick a group that's already discriminated against, it looks bad. So they find other ways of >implying things with movies like American Sniper, shows like Homeland etc.
Nathaniel Smith
...My Cred Forums will heard about this!
Kevin Myers

This is the most reddit post I've read all day, congratulations.

We're talking about kicking Islam, not mudshits, which never happens
Jaxon Gomez
>Christians, as a group, aren't oppressed by the US. Muslims are.
How exactly are Muslims oppressed in the United States
Austin Lopez
Hey, also this: the majority of America's experience with religion is Christianity. Not just the white majority, even! The blacks and hispanics are also Christian. This means that the majority experience with DISSATISFACTION with religion is also going to be from a Christian perspective. Elliot's rant has broader reach being about Jesus than about Ahura Mazda.
Aaron Garcia

All the scenes with the hot wife were a pain to watch, especially the ones with the naive sexy bartender.
Tyrell would also be cool if he wasn't being portrait as clueless.
They will (basically have to) spin it so the bank CEO and Tranny are the ones with the super cool kinda anti-capitalism world domination plan.
As far as I'm concerned, we're back at square one and nothing all too cool happened since the afterthought of the first season, when we saw bank CEO and Tranny and White Rose discussing stuff at a "1% of the 1%" party. (Sidenote: That always bugged my anyway, 1% of 1% is just 10^-5 and there are over 10^9 in the world, making for thousands of "1% of the 1%")
I mean the prison side plot was just that, a side plot? And the "I'm lonely" ascpect of the otherwise bland FBI girl... it was delivered after 2 episodes, what else happened?
There was the episode where at the end it was all of them together shitting on the American flag
Andrew Baker
Uh, no. Muhammad was in an episode about all the gods being in a justice league group called the super friends. Muhammad had fire powers and wasn't all that heavily involved in the episode.
This aired before the whole controversy even started and was removed from repeat rotation, but it did air.

Elliot is oblivious when Tyrell hits on him. Elliot is oblivious when Mr. Robot hits on him. Elliot is oblivious when Gideon hits on him. Elliot has the makings of a hentai.

In that scene Tyrell says at the end something like "I tried to get all of it out" and tells the guy to go take a shower to get the rest

Punching up vs. punching down isn't a meme. Some things you do affect some people more than others. This is basic sense if anything. Some groups are more vulnerable than others. Adding fuel to the fire is a lot different than pouring it down the toilet.
This too. Americans by and large can speak from a personal perspective about Christianity - it's part of the culture. Islam isn't. So when you start ranting about Islam, it's no longer a form of self criticism, culturally and becomes somewhat bizarre, just lashing out at another culture/religion without fully understanding it, without allowing people who actually do to tackle it.
I don't like attacking religion as a whole, in general, but I do think aspects of it need to be criticised, obviously. The religious right in the US in general, for example, as well as the overly patriarchal nature of mainstream Islam and prominence of Wahabbist influence.

You have a very strange definition of oppression, and seeing as the ban hasn't been introduced yet, how are they currently being "oppressed"?
Blake Long
>Punching up vs. punching down isn't a meme
Of course it is, it has no basis in reality. Explain how attacking their trash-tier religion makes them more "vulnerable"
>The religious right in the US in general, for example, as well as the overly patriarchal nature of mainstream Islam and prominence of Wahabbist influence.
This is something all muzshit lovers love doing- you can't even utter a criticism of your pet religion without including Christianity in the same sentence.
I hope you get hit by a truck. But that's OK because the truck-driver will be "punching up".

this is getting into political nuance which isn't worth laboring over on Cred Forums, but you're discriminating against an entire religion of people from different countries just because of a few terrorists.
The number of innocent people far outweigh the terrorists, yet they're being treated equally in regards to freedom of movement. It makes literally zero sense. Especially if no one from Indonesia let's say--one of the biggest majority muslim countries in the world--has attacked the US, yet ALL muslims would be banned from entering the country from there.
It's literally the dumbest untargeted, unspecific, catch-all non-solution you can think of.

Fresh off the boat, from reddit, kid? heh I remember when I was just like you. Braindead. Lemme give you a tip so you can make it in this cyber sanctuary: never make jokes like that. You got no reputation here, you got no name, you got jackshit here. It's survival of the fittest and you ain't gonna survive long on Cred Forums by saying stupid jokes that your little hugbox cuntsucking reddit friends would upboat. None of that here. You don't upboat. You don't downboat. This ain't reddit, kid. This is Cred Forums. We have REAL intellectual discussion, something I don't think you're all that familiar with. Heh… not bad, kiddo. Not bad at all. Your meme, I mean. It's not bad. A good first attempt. It's plenty dank… I can tell it's got some thought behind it… lots of quotable material…
But memeing isn't all sunshine and rainbows, kiddo. You're skilled… that much I can tell. But do you have what it takes to be a Meme Fiend? To join those esteemed meme ranks? To call yourself a member of the Ruseman's Corps? Memeing takes talent, that much is true. But more than that it takes heart. The world-class Memesters they're out there day and night, burning the midnight meme-oil, working tirelessly to craft that next big meme.
And you know what, kiddo? 99 times out of a hundred, that new meme fails. Someone dismisses it as bait, or says it's "tryhard," or ignores it as they copy/paste the latest shitpost copypasta dreamt up by those sorry excuses for cut-rate memers over at reddit. The Meme Game is rough, kid, and I don't just mean the one you just lost :^). It's a rough business, and for every artisan meme you craft in your meme bakery, some cocksucker at 9gag has a picture of a duck or some shit that a million different Johnny No-Names will attach a milion different captions to. Chin up, kiddo. Don't get all mopey on me. You've got skill. You've got talent. You just need to show your drive.
