Chris Hardwick gives me the most Twilight Zone feeling ever. He's ingrained in so many things that I enjoy that are in that "pop-nerd" spectrum of media, and I swear he's the most blatant example of "lol i'm so funny why are you not laughing" I've ever seen, BUT HE STILL APPEARS EVERYWHERE. And I feel like I'm the only one that's utterly annoyed by this.

Same goes to Felicia Day to a lesser extent. I swear she plays the "lol I'm a nerd and a girl" and just uses that to invite herself into things that I like. Annoyed that she's in Supernatural, and I was instantly turned off with the MST3K reboot.

You should hear his life story. He was a host on MTV in the late 90's or early 2000's and turned into a complete slob, overweight and sitting on his ass in his spare time. Then he was sitting on his couch watching John Stewart one night, if I remember correctly, and John Stewart made a joke about how unfunny and slobby he was. Apparently he had a moment then where he decided he needed to get his life together. Now he is super successful and positive all the time. Even if he isn't funny all the time, I respect how he pulled himself out of being a second-rate host with nowhere to go but down. He also just got engaged to a super model and heiress to the Hearst empire. He is basically a billionaire now through her on top of his own success. Sorry, but I can't help but like him, no brainwashing involved.
