let's talk about nicolas cage
i unironically think he's one of the best living actors
he also seems like a great guy

there's not much to talk about, it's undeniable.
Nicholas Cage and Tom Hanks are the two greatest currently active american male actors.
Dunno if he's a good actor but he's definitely a terrific guy.
I don't think his Ghost Rider is complete garbage.
Never saw the second though.
He was a fucking beast in bad leateneut: port of New Orleans
The second one is way better.
Does anyone have an fictional characters they'd wish they could see Nicolas Cage play in a remake/adaptation?
For good or bad reasons?
For all the worst reasons, I want him play this guy: youtube.com
His acting in Leaving Las Vegas was got tier, literally GOAT.
He was also very good in WIld at Heart.
And then he turned to complete shit.
The second one is way worse.
The second one is about the same.
He has a certain charm to him.
His buffoonery is sanctionable.
The second one is completely different.
He definitely already had his peak but I agree. He's easily one of the greatest actors of his generation.
It's a shame people will take an out of context image/.gif of him and be like "le what a bad actor!!".
I love him because of the absolute kino that is:
youtube.com
meme actor before it was a thing
His best role is "The Rock"
First one is decent. The second felt like the director gave cage a bag of shrooms and a vague script and let him loose.
So he is a physical actor. Thats not a bad thing
>Link contains SJW
Yeah nah
His work in Godfather 3 was breathtaking.
hes good in leaving las vegas and wild at heart
We all agree that Con Air was a great movie, right? An ensemble effort, but cage definitely contributed significantly to such.
Cage is life
He's good but he ruined his own rep by taking any role that crossed his path
The Rock was possibly the worst movie I had seen starring Cage. There are probably others that are much crappier but I wouldn't know, I called it quits on him after that with the exception of Port of Call: New Orleans
Who here/NationalTreasure2/?
>The Rock was possibly the worst movie I had seen starring Cage.
You're entitled to your own opinion but your opinion is wrong.
yeah it's a great movie
I was going to say Con Air but I could've sworn that was John Cusack.
It turns out he was in both of those abominations. You want to know where his credibility took a nose dive it's right there, starring in back-to-back crapfests. Even Will Smith takes a serious role inbetween his usual tripe
>having taste this shit
There's an argument to be made against Face/Off but The Rock and Con Air are GOAT 90s action
How else was he going to pay off his IRS bill?
made me watch Vampire's Kiss. What a fucking ride.
Best movie by far is Lord of War or that Coen Bros movie where he plays that redneck
Ehhh there's another one.. fucking "Face Off"
Seriously who the hell was his agent, Pee-wee Herman?
Your opinion is more than wrong, it's shit.
Who the fuck draws something like that?
Is Cage the ultimate pleb filter?
Lord of War is indeed a very nice movie, but not because of Nicolas Cage. His acting is awful in that one.
Not even fucking close, pal.
>What is Firebirds
Leaving Las Vegas gave him the academy award though, and that was back when this shit meant something,
agreed, bad lieutenant was awesome!
Are you forgetting about Marisa Tomei ?
>not a single mention about Wicker Man
Plebs all of you. Hilarious core right here youtube.com
>"Not only is The Rock bad, but ConAir is too!"
You can stop now, we get it.
