I haven't looked into it much but being the performance is from the early 90s, it was most likely taped on VHS. Nobody has found a source yet from any movie/TV show/whatever, so it's possible that whoever taped the performance was taping over a homemade tape with the woman in there and didn't notice because it's only on screen for a second.
The fact that only one person mentions it in the comments, and that Corey was sexually abused himself and now has this weird shit in a video, it's all very odd.
