1. ban or severely limit mobile posters (cant make new threads, limited to 6 posts per hour)
2. make /tvg/ where ALL generals need to be
3. ALL capeshit gets their designated threads in /tvg/, one for DC and one for marvel.
4. posting capeshit outside those two designated threads results in a 3 day suspension
5. active moderators. there are porn threads up for fucking hours on this board
6. ban and suspend obvious bullshit that belongs in Cred Forums
7. repeated threads like "bane?" "anybody seen richie" etc etc are banned, no exceptions

this would go a loooong way to improve Cred Forums
