First, although you can disagree morally with the inflated numbers of sexual partners and the problems mentioned that stem from this promiscuity, the basic act of homosexuality is between two consenting adults. In this country, freedom is more important than making rules to force a set of values that some believe onto everybody. As far as the pedophilia issues go, yes they're terrible, but no rational person is condoning that aspect.
