Film series where the second film is the best one of the series thread.

Not Mad Max

yes mad max

...

Original series Star Trek movies.
Next Generation Star Trek movies.
Star Wars.
Alien series. (Highly debatable, I know.)

>Mimi-Siku

Still gets me

Not anymore if you count Fury Road, at least.

Not debatable. Alien is a masterpiece, Aliens literally got pitched by Cameron writing the word Alien on a whiteboard and adding a $ afterward.

>tfw threw a tantrum in Blockbuster because they didn't have Jungle Jungle

I read that as tarantula at first.

it means cat piss.

kek

How did they get away with that?!

...

simpler times, user. simpler times.

>mfw I saw Mimi-Siku in Sully

Of course it's debatable. They are two very different movies and some people like the first and some the second.

Just rewatched this recently and I was still laughing my ass off, while the first movie has a better mystery the sequel is way funnier.

That's a good one. I barely remember the first one, but there's a hundred super memorable scenes in the second one.

I miss the 90's. I just want to go back.

...

Jungle 3 Jungle was far more patrician you pleb faggots.

The first one was terrible

>MITSUBISHI!!

Nice try OP

What up, tumblr?

This isn't Cred Forums

...

YOU OBLIGATED BE WITH ME??

too obvious

Honestly, I preferred Jungle 1 Jungle. The sequel rehashed a lot.

Jungle 2 Jungle was a sequel?

Yes, it was a sequel to Jungle Jungle.

Hell boy

1984 was way better than 1983 and 1985.

I thought Menace 4 Society was better, but I seem to be in the minority on that.

The Leonard movies started going down hill after part two. Parts six and seven were almost unwatchable.

They should really give these movies a rest

Leonard Part 6 is such a fucking awesome movie, it's The Room level bad.

gold

>Jungle 2 Jungle
>Liar Liar
>Dumb & Dumber

Why did 90s comedies insist on repeating words in their titles?

Am I the only one you liked the prequel?
I thought Jungle o'Jungle had an interesting story, where Tim Allen finds out he is actually the bastard of his rich banker father and some Irish whore.

Not to mention the fact that Liar, Jungle, and Dumb were far superior to the sequels.

>government watches you all the time
>get sent to jail for having different toughts
How was 1984 any good?

lost it

1983 was about some Indian who wanted to play cricket.

>Not watching Jungle 2 George instead

I think Slaughterhouse-Three is the best of the series.

That's not even Brendan is it?

And is that the creepy kid from Half Man or whatever that Charlie Sheen show was called?

I shouldn't have laughed and this is probably the 5th time you've posted this thread but good job.

Terminator 2
Titanic 2
Paranormal Activity 2

Seriously the first time I've ever posted it. If someone else has before me then meme magic is to blame.

>Watch out for that sequel

Yeah, really.

Based Ben

>here come dat sequel

fucking christ

Why does Disney always make this $5 DTD sequel movies

They make tons of sheks because they are based on properties that people know and Disney already owns the rights to.

>Jungle 2 Jungle
>Tim Allen has a steady job working at the World Trade Center in one of the twin towers
>finds out his hippie wife raised his son that he didn't know about among South American natives

I thought him seeing what a bitch his wife was in the second film was a really good motivation for his character to join Al Qaeda and fly a plane into his former employer's place of business in Jungle 3 Jungle. Of the whole Jungle series the third one is the most underrated.
