"movies" cap out at 7/10 quality. Anything higher would be considered film or kino.

And captain philips is around a 4/10 borderline flick and anybody who respects it is performing below the standards for a member of the white race.

Thanks to this board and Oldboy every time someone says this film is kino. I think it's shit.

...

is this a movie about how black people are evil for being poor and desperate

Cred Forums here

>was he autistic?

>TRIPS DON'T LIE

So is this really good or is OP just right-wing meming here?

Not a 10/10 but a 9.5/10 in my book.

Check out the Zombie movie, it's fucking great.

LOOK AT ME

Well fuck you too then. I'm watching The Fifth Element again tonight just to spite you.

QUIT HAVING OPINIONS THAT DIFFER THAN MINE REEEE

>That end where the grandpa pretends to be happy when a passerby says hello to him and then he just emptly looks at the scenery through the window.

That film is heartbreaking.

what did he see by this?

>le kino le flick
It's a pretty well made thriller. Remove that cock out of your ass, autismo.

6/10 is positive though

"Thrilling" is movie/flick material. Base level "excitement". A film should intellectually stimulate. A kino should destroy.

Animal Kingdom

...

be ashamed of yourself you fucking pretentious moron

UHF

...

My mom rented this for me randomly from Blockbuster when I was ~10yo. I've watched it probably a dozen times; I just can't get over awesome the animation is.

I understrand.

I saw it when I was 12-13 on Encore 16 years ago. The movie almost killed me. One of the few movies I taped and re-watched it as soon as it ended

>being exposed to anime in any form at such a young age

I'm so so sorry

>W-Why are we filming my scenes first

Way of The Gun

anything i watch and nothing you do

You're missing out, my son. I am a firm believer that it is impossible to hate all anime. You're just not looking hard enough, PERIOD

You cant deny you cried at the end

my nigga

Lost in Translation

Fuck off if you disagree

Anyone else learn to dislike this movie after hearing what really happened from the crew?

...

what are you talking about did they rape the real captain phillips or what

yeah it was fucking hot tho

good times were had by all

BRAVO NOLAN

Captain Philips was basically a giant pussy and it's his fault they were attacked by pirates in the first place. He deliberately sailed right through pirate territory just to save money.

>who respects it is performing below the standards for a member of white race

hello there reddit

hello there funnyjunk

>Look at me
>You have aids now

Excellent

>You cant deny you cried at the end

>Its a Tom Hanks plays a captain movie

this movie is shit and phillips was a coward. another dumb ameriturd elevated as hero by the amerishit propaganda.
>muh heroes muh freedum wawawaw usa usa
also the navy seal killed the niggers while they were unarmed.

...

I think this is on the fedora movie chart for some reason.

OP, you should start with a 10/10 movie.

It was perfect. Well, at least to me.

Damn shame that The Collection was terrible.

really need to rewatch those two movies back to back. I remember loving them more than most Tarantino stuff.

best capeshit flick in my opinion. supersadist vs. supermasochist. miike still at the top of his powers.

>not a single 10/10 above my post

I have the same diagnosis as that main character in that.
I'm about to enter a serious 18 month program for it to try to get some kind of control over it. I've had it downloaded forever, but I haven't watched it yet. I probably should, just to see if I recognize anything.

>you share a board with these people

it's funny how blown away people were by such a bland, by the numbers version of a story that's been done so many times in sci fi lit.

everyone talks about how smart it was but really, what they liked was the melodrama.

This is the hero Cred Forums needs. Don't ever stop posting bro. These flick-loving faggets need to be fought in every thread, post by post.

It's amazing how much this film accomplished in such a short amount of time.

...

>in sci fi lit.
I think that's the reason. I don't read sci-fi books either, but I really liked Ex-Machina. But I can see that for someone that is well-read would find it derivative. It had to have been done for.

this film was claustrophobic despite being set in the open ocean

10/10

Drunken Master II

...

you guys are like 4/30 so far
