Have never ordered a Super Sized McDonalds

I blame this for it

pointless and stupid.

but Spurlock is semi-entertaining as a personality, so there's that. but it's a shit documentary.

makes me want to get a whatasized fry

I don't think that's a thing anymore. You either order your meal as medium or large.

It was ok. It's common knowledge that eating mcdonalds for every meal is bad for you, so I don't see what it was trying to prove. Also who the fuck pukes after eating a quarter pounder with cheese?

Pretty shitty. Just like his other movies.

I watch it to feel good about myself tbqh

This pretty much. No shit that you get fat if you eat nothing but McD's everyday. Doesn't need a documentary to prove that, just look at the type of people that eat there everyday.

it's bullshit and he lied a lot about how he made it

he tried to present it like a factual documentary but it's really not

other people have done the same thing he claims to have done, following his rules, and not had any bad results.

This documentary proved that suddenly going from a healthy, balanced diet to eating McDonalds for every meal for a month isn't good for you.
I could have told you that in 5 seconds.

there are thousands of skiny skeletors that eat a steady diet of fastfood. Explain that shithead.

What matters is calories in/calories out. The negative health effects of a fast food diet aren't so obvious. It's stuff like having too much salt and having a heart attack, not just getting fat. You can get fat on pretty much any diet, and you can be skinny on any diet, depending on the quantity that you eat

>it's bullshit and he lied a lot about how he made it
>
>he tried to present it like a factual documentary but it's really not
>
>other people have done the same thing he claims to have done, following his rules, and not had any bad results.

Is there a least likeable person than Jamie Oliver?
>hurr durr I'm European I know everything about food
>hurr durr unhealty diets in school
>hurr durr processed food is baaaaaad
>hurr durr americans are fat
>hurr durr let me teach you about your country
>hurr durr let me teach you how your children should eat
>hurr durr I'm using socialist terms for my food show
>hurr durr no freedom of choice even your meal
I was wondering why no parent in the show kicked his spoiled ass when he tried to patronize an entire country. Let's make a comparison with Adam Richman:
>he's in good shape despite he eats a lot
>his show is actually funny and informative
>wherever he goes people will cheer up
>gives good publicity to less known places in the US, helping locals
>let you decide what is best for you
>he aint no socialist for sure

Because poor people who can't afford food eat there since it's cheap, but they can only afford one meal a day and probably don't eat anything else.

Why don't they cook then, it's even cheaper than Mc Dolan

Skeletors just eat less, it's not because they can't afford to eat.

Keep in mind that the daily recommended calorie input for an adult male is around 2,500 calories, but during his supersize me marathon he averaged 5,000 calories per day.

I'm not saying that fast food is healthy, but the movie Super Size Me is bullshit. All of the negative health effects shown on the film were because his died had too many calories, and that's all. But he tried to paint it as if it had something to do with McDonalds. It's very dishonest.

I don't want to sound like a McDonalds shill here because yes, their food is shitty and unhealthy, but just because a shitty lying movie attacks a target that deserves it and ultimately comes to the correct conclusion, that doesn't change the fact that it's a shitty lying movie

Obligatory:

Well they could have used any fast food restaurant and it would be the same thing, but McD's is the most popular so they're the easiest target.

>dude im gonna eat everything from mcdonalds, which nobody in the world does
>retarded plebs think that eating a regular meal like a sandwich and fries and soda is the same thing as this guy is doing

should be sued for false advertising or defamation against mcdonalds

Based on his supposed rules (rotating through the entire menu and only supersizing when asked to) he should never have been able to average 5000 calories.

And there have been studies done of people doing ultrahigh calorie fast food diets for a month, and even they didn't get the supposed symptoms he had.

I preferred portion size me

Who doesn't puke after eating that trash?

men who don't have sensitive little sissy stomachs.

It made me hungry for McDonalds

I do this and am skinny. I do it because I am lazy as fuck and have no desire to cook after work. I drink diet soda and stay under 2500 calories a day.

I think the food actually makes you more tired and lazier too, so its easy to get into a bad habit of never wanting to do anything.

There's really no fucking point in watching it in CURRENT YEAR.

I did and it was a cut for cut retread of all the shit they teach you since elementary school nowadays. The only takeaway for me was the guy who has eaten Big Macs every day of his life since the 70s.

Watch something like Grizzly Man instead.

Since we, as a couple used to share a super-sized between us, I feel the powerful wanted to punish the poor for getting too much for their money.

Back in highschool Gym class whenever we had a sub or it was the last day before a holiday, we'd have a movie day

And this was the only movie they'd ever show

Every fucking time

All I remember is some stupid shit about mcdonalds fries making kids want to smoke
