About 40% are good but they're all really fun. Roger Moore's are the most like Austin Powers

Basically capeshit with campy 60's humour

Sean Connery has the best lines and voice, he's really the only reason to watch Bond.

the first 10 are comfy as fuck OP. Enjoy

>English shit

It's garbage.

Save yourself some time and watch only these:

1) All the Connery ones (except for Diamonds are Forever and Never Say Never Again - because they are shit).

2) Watch On Her Majesty's Secret Service - the best bond film, the best bond villain, the best bond girl (the worst bond bond though).

3) There are only two Roger Moore movies that are watchable (Live and Let Die and Spy who loved me).

4. Watch both Dalton movies (because they are GOAT).

5. As for Brosnan, watch Goldeneye (avoid the rest like the plague though).

6. Craig has made one great bond movie (Casino Royale) and one which is okayish (Skyfall).

I fell asleep in the first hour because how boring On Her Majesty's Secret Service is.

I love View to a Kill for Walken and the song but otherwise meh and fuck you Man with The Golden Gun kicks ass for MEESTUR Scaramanga and his monkey. Have no desire to see Moonraker.

Agreed on Brosnan and Dalton, have yet to see Never Say Never but I like Diamonds. I've only seen Casino and no desire to see any of them.

Goldfinger and From Russia are my favorites. Fun fact From Russia has a vidya game which is pretty good but has to change some things and only time Connery did vidya voice over.

Powers are better than Brosnans.

Don't listen to this faggot, all of the first 20 official Bond movies worth watching at least once if you enjoy the formula/style. After the first four Connery-era films you'll know if it's for you. The only ones you can arguably skip are the Daniel Craig movies because they are vastly different from previous Bond films and exist more within their own little universe, can't say I'm too fond of them. Casino Royale is a good movie I guess but I have an irrational hatred for it.

Not that user but he's right about Brosnan otherwise I already shared my sentiments.

No he isn't, The World is Not Enough is one of the most unique and original films in the series, it's criminally underrated. Tomorrow Never Dies is a fun if lightweight homage to Lewis Gilbert, and while Die Another Day may be a trainwreck, it sure as fuck ain't boring.

Hating on Brosnan is a meme, same with Moore

I started a Bond marathon August 1st last year and I planned to finish it that August. Yesterday I watched Moonraker.

While the movies have some fun, they are generally too long and too stupid. They usually keep me semi-interested through the first hour, but after that I just want them to end.

If you're the kind of person that enjoys 1966 Batman you should find some enjoyment in all of Moore's films.

Capeshit won't stand the test of time like Bond especially Connery's. Only capeshit I like and think will stand are Batman 89,Nolan's trilogy,90's TMNT,Iron Man 1,Winter Soldier,GoTG(space opera?), maybe X2, and The Crow 94 otherwise I couldn't give a fuck less.

How do people keep seeing capeshit as unique and all and aren't burnt out yet?

>being the kind of person who doesn't enjoy campy fun
I pity those people

I honestly think World is not Enough could double as the first Austin Powers because how similar they are. It's the only one I like haven't watched Tomorrow and I can't stand Die Another Day. I wish Rosamund Pike was the main girl because Halle couldn't pull it off at all, can't believe they were considering a spin-off with her.

Me too because View To a Kill is the shit and I love Walken and that theme gets me going every time.

Watching Connery mix drinks and fuck chicks senseless in his Bond movies makes me feel like more of a man and boosts my testosterone several hundred ng/dL. I don't care what haters think about that, feels good man.

I wish the red head in Thunderball was in the movie more because she had it going on.

All Connery ones are good
OHMSS is fantastic
Moore/Brosnan are pure redditcore
I haven't seen the Daltons

>I honestly think World is not Enough could double as the first Austin Powers because how similar they are
They have almost nothing in common, the fuck? TWINE involves one of the strangest stories in the series and is unlike anything else in the franchise. Female main villain with a personal connection to Bond, main male villain is actually just her lackey and rather sympathetic for a change, Bond alternates between being a sauve lighthearted Bond and being a cold-blooded killer, and the main plot doesn't involve holding the world hostage or trying to wipe out humanity. Oh, and M being directly involved in the story, something that had never been done before.

Tomorrow Never Dies and Die Another Day I can understand seeing similarities between them and Austin Powers, but not TWINE. That's a hell of a reach

>Halle couldn't pull it off at all, can't believe they were considering a spin-off with her
Agreed, thank god Barbara Broccoli didn't get her way

Moore's films are fucking great. They're campy, but you may remember that the film widely considered to be the best Bond experience features a fat chinese man with a lethal hat as a villain.

>GoTG
GotG is derivative and cringey as fuck right now, let alone in 30+ years. It will only stand as a benchmark of how little creativity Hollywood had at the time.

SAME, AND NOW I'M BALDING

Try Tomorrow. It's somewhere between the gritty Goldeneye and fantastical The World. Nobody likes Die Another Day, though I do admit to liking the swordfight a whole lot.

I think Daniel Craig's popularity as the edgy Bond has caused people to start looking back at Moore and Brosnan with vitriol, especially Moore. Oh well, at least on the other hand it's finally gotten people to re-evaluate Timothy Dalton and give him the respect he deserves, so it ain't all bad.

I think it was better than episode 7 honestly as much as I like senile Han,Chewie going on a rampage, and Kylo's potential growth as a character.

We could have had a sympathetic trooper for fucks sake in it but no let's make him a treacherous garbage man and throw that intro scene out the window.

Poe literally does fuck all and only thing likable about Rey is her relationship with Han and Chewie but it's so fucking outlandish because of how long they are together.

>brainwashed stormtrooper bucks his Nazi-esque programming after seeing a close friend killed
>LE TRAITOR MAYMAY SPIN XD

You're a moron.

just watch the roger moore ones dont bother with the rest

I liked it, and I detected quite a bit of Farscape influence so at least they were stealing from the best.

Both swordfights? Rosamund in that outfit HNNGH.

I'm going to give Tomorrow a try when you put it like that.

I enjoyed World so it wasn't really a knock but it just felt similar to me. Goldeneye is still Brosnan's best imo.

So close he can just betray everyone else he was raised with? He probably knew those guys just as long and you can't tell me they weren't all "bad" guys. What makes it easier for him to kill friends but not complete strangers?

>Rosamund in that outfit HNNGH.

9/10 year old me burned the tape I kept rewinding that part

I actually like TWINE the most, it's just so much more ambitious than GoldenEye is. I can understand why someone would prefer GE though

Funny because Moonraker is pure dogshit and View has Walken which is the only saving grace of View with the theme. Octopussy is interesting in how she is basically his Pussy Galore even down to the harem of badass women. Live and Let Die is pretty good and I have a soft spot for Scaramanga. I wish Scaramanga and Nick Nack in Golden Gun had more time and there was more lore. For Your Eyes Only is pretty good imo.

You are such a fucking pleb. I hope you die soon.

Wow, there are literally no words how retarded you sound fucker.

craigbabby detected

I always forget Spy Who Loved me for some reason.

Elaborate on this

Without a doubt my favorite Bond film, and I'm not even that big a fan of Roger Moore. Everything in it is perfect, expect maybe the dated disco soundtrack but it's not terrible or anything.

It also has the best chase sequence in the franchise for my money
>ywn have that lotus esprit which turns into a submarine
jdimsa

It's pretty good reminds me a lot of Thunderball for some reason because of the villain obsessed with water.

It's pretty good reminds me a lot of Thunderball for some reason because of the villain obsessed with water.

Who is the best Bond girl Cred Forums? No Sickboy unifying theory shit either with Honey.

Best aged is Jane Seymour.

I like Thunderball but it's a bit of a mess, the underwater sequences are impressive from a technical perspective but they really drag the movie down. Oh, and the terrible dubbing annoys me, was it really so hard for them to make the words match the movements of the mouth?

I just saw Spectre recently and that was pretty underwhelming. It's like they just threw together a bunch of Bond cliches and called it a day.

Watching From Russia you can kinda notice Daniela's mouth not synching up. Who was dubbed in Thunderball?

>Who is the best Bond girl Cred Forums?
Webm related

Never Say Never Again is like the gritty 80s remake of Thunderball

Jane Seymour is the most beautiful woman who ever lived, but I can't say I consider her the best Bond girl because Solitaire isn't really memorable for anything else aside from her incredible beauty.

Pic Related is my choice, gorgeous, killer legs, and a very memorable character. Her banter with Dalton is fierce and she is a competent sidekick who helps him out in believable ways, no "I'm a female kung-fu master" bullshit or anything. She saves Bond's life 3, possibly 4 times and it never seems forced. Oh, and I'm a sucker for short hair

PAMWEBMMIND

>no desire to see moonraker

C'mon its silly fun

Pam-mind

Nice and taut like a tiger, yeah baby!

what a cute boy

So thats why i get a hard on every time i see a girl with that haircut.

...

>tfw someone savied my webm
and I only made it for "personal reasons"

And now she is a hot as fuck milf

All those movies have already been forgotten and they are shit

As a fellow webmmaker I know the feel

aside from Casino Royale i found that the rest bond films are a waste

The capeshit or Bond?

And still hasn't fixed her lazy eye.

I find having incorrect grammar makes this bait.

HNNGH

>ywn grow old with a 10/10 beauty who ages like fine wine

Is Oddjob actually retarded?

>AAA AAA
>Points at golf ball

The guy who frickin throws a shoe is in prison for murder.

Take a wild guess

Capeshit.

Imagine meeting her in 89, marrying her and now your kids would start talking grandchildre. All while she still looks fiiiiiiiiine

And your old dick is always limp yet she keeps trying to get you hard by sucking or hand jobs and you just enjoy the feeling of her hands because you can't maintain an erection but she keeps stroking you lovingly anyway.

I've had this exact fantasy. White women who age that well are literally one-in-ten-million

that's what pill are for son, and until the drugs kick in she can sit on my face

One day we'll have this.

Just saw Dr No

I've only ever seen a few of Moores movies, Dalton's, Brosnons and Craigs and enjoyed most of them.

But this one felt kind of.....nothing special even though everyone spouts the Connery = Best Bond meme.

Did Dr No age badly or is it just because it's the first movie and they haven't found their groove yet?

Are his other Bond movies any decent?

>first movie and they haven't found their groove yet?
This I reckon.

>Doesn't know about the unifying theory

It's the first worth a damn check out the non Eon Casino and then you can compare. It was a stepping stone to the rest and that's why you felt that way. Bond is best watched by release anyway.

People always say Goldfinger is the best with Connery, but I found it dull. Dr. No is slightly better.

>genuine enjoyment
From Russia with love
Goldfinger
Thunderbolt
On her majesty's secret service
Live and let die
The spy who loved me
For your eyes only
The living daylights
Licence to kill
Goldeneye
Casino Royale
Skyfall

>ironic enjoyment
Dr. No
You only live twice
Moonraker
A view to a kill
Tomorrow never dies
The world is not enough
Quantum of Solace

>for completionists only (aka genuinely bad)
Diamonds are forever
The Man with the golden gun
Octopussy
Die Another Day
Spectre

It was simply the first. It did a lot of things right and deserved to be a hit but it wasn't "the best". Connery got better as time went on.

Why don't people like Golden Gun? Christopher Lee's Scaramanga is the perfect antithesis to Moore's Bond and it's a good cat and mouse movie all around.

I like View but I rank Golden way higher.

Nah man, From Russia with love is the best.
It feels almost like Hitchcock and has a good balance of action and story for the time.

Plus Red Grant is such a good bad guy that they remake him every couple of movies.

As a whole Goldfinger was a bit slow and dull, but when it's good it's fucking great. It has some of the most iconic scenes of the series.

>lasers on your dick
>cover your bitch with gold
>Oddjob being silly
>hey Bond check out this car it's called an "Aston Martin"

Timothy Dalton = Best Bond

>filename

I didn't know Bond had a comic.

The first half is pretty decent, intriguing even.
But then it gets really very dull and kinda listless.

Christopher Lee needed to be in the movie more and they should have had some decent set pieces.
They have one of the worst car chases in Bond history in that movie.

I found the Dalton films "okay, not great" but Dalton himself as Bond was fantastic. He should have gotten a long run like Connery/Moore so he could hit his stride.

Christopher Lee always made everything better and I liked how Nick Back wanted him dead but didn't at the same time.

>MEESTUR Scaramanga he almost had you and I'd be rich!

>Best bonds

1.Connery
2.Dalton
3.Brosnan
4.Moore
5.Craig
6.Lazenby

>Best films

Thunderball
GoldenEye
The Living Daylights
OHMSS
Goldfinger

>Best themes

Nobody Does It Better
Live and Let die
Diamonds Are Forever
Thunderball
Tomorrow Never Dies

From Russia is equal to Goldfinger imo.

>Midget Rosa Klebb trying to kick Bond in the shins

Yeah, written by non other than Warren "Transmetropolitan" Ellis.
They're pretty good. He makes Bond a real snarky asshole.

I gotta get into Archer because that's the closest we get to Bond outside of movies and we haven't had a game in awhile.

Connery's films, OHMSS, Casino Royale are great. If you like the films, then read Casino Royale by Fleming, it's really fucking good.

>iconic
It's unquestionably iconic, but it's dumb shit, and them reusing its mold paved the way for the late Connery-era descent in quality, and all the Moore clowning.
Compared to From Russia, it's trash.

You should get a kick out of this:
youtube.com/watch?v=NXee0DoiLzw

Nice I have this weird thing where I like listening to people talk about music,tv, and games particularly if they good voices.

I love the parts in American Pyscho when Bateman is talking about Whitney,Huey, and Genesis.

Would the Metal Gear series count as Bond movies in a weird way Cred Forums? It has the jokes, semi serious tone, and they are espionage oriented.

>Would the Metal Gear series count as Bond movies

the MGS3 is an obvious tribute to bond

DEFINITIVE TOP TEN BOND GIRLS:

1) Pam "I'd Slam Her All Day Every Day" Bouvier
2) Tracy "She Can Polish My Wand" Bond
3) "Would Knock Her Up Without a Care" Solitaire
4) Xenia "Oh Please Don't Stop" Onatopp
5) Elektra "She Can Strap Into Anything" King
6) Natalya "Cum Right On Her Ova" Simonova
7) Tiffany "Would Blast Over Her Face" Case
8) Holly "I'd Rape Her Till She's Dead" Goodhead
9) Miranda "She'd Get Her Salad Tossed" Frost
10) Melina "She Was Made For My Cock" Havelock

100% this. All of them are worth watching once but these ones are the only ones I can rewatch/willingly go back to.

No, they aren't on the same level.

I'd say it's more Rambo First Blood because of THAT scene in the woods.

Oh my god yes.

At first I was pretty meh about her, but then she got that haircut and my boner couldn't be contained.

Kek and I agree. How long did it take for you to think those up?

You're right, the Bond movies are way more fun

Your best best is the No One Lives Forever games, they're like James Bond & Austin Powers meets Perfect Dark

>tfw no No One Lives Forever movie with Karen Gillan as Cate Archer

Solitaire is ultimate #1.
Cute as fuck virgin, and you get the satisfaction of her being WHITED while Kananga gets cucked.

Fuck, if not for that Marty Feldman crazy eye she'd be a legitimate 10

Only vidya game movie worth a damn are Mortal Kombat and the Animal Crossing movie. I hope Sly isn't dogshit but considering we haven't had Sly 5 announcement at all the franchise might as well die.

I went for a morning job and thought them up during, a few dog-walkers gave me weird looks, like why is this crazy jogger laughing to himself?

Anyway there's just one typo, I meant for the Elektra one to be "She Can Strap Me Into Anything" King as a reference to being all bondage-y with Pierce Brosnan

*morning jog*

I like imperfections on a woman.

I did that about a year ago and despite their ups and downs they're definitely a worthwhile watch.
Oddly, despite being corny on in isolation, watching Skyfall after seeing the others sequentially felt fine, it had just the right mix of goofy old-school mixed with austere nu-Bond. You even realize that the Home-Alone sequence at the end is nowhere near the stupidest thing to happen to the series.

Pretty solid recs. I'd still skip Craig altogether, but reasonable list.

I wish they could have gotten Connery to show up. Guy hasn't been in anything since League and feels bad because he was the only good thing in that shit.

aw yiss tight as a thai girl uh tiger yeah.

Watching Jennette-McCurdy-lookalike Bibi Dahl lusting after middle-aged Bond cock was seriously creepy. Makes you wonder if the writers were just a bunch of repressed pedos.

>doesn't know about Sir Billi

I don't even remember the girls. All the women in the 60s looked the same anyway. I remember being confused by this in some movies. "Wait, is that the same girl as before or a new one?"

It's that Dr No hit all the right notes, but Cubby Broccoli learned all the wrong things from it, and those wrong things became the franchise.

It's much creepier in A View To A Kill, he was older than Tanya Roberts' motjer

Even he couldn't believe he did that shit.

What is that?

There was one repeat, the delightful Sylvia Trench, who picks James up in Dr No, and finally gets some meat in From Russia.

youtube.com/watch?v=a20oRLJ4v4s

Oh behave baby aaaaaand I'm spent.

I don't know how why all the hate for Daniel Craig.

I alwYs found his movies to be the most fun to watch....besides the 2nd one. He would probably be my fav

and yes I watched most of the bond movies before his ones came out

Definitely, although I love the other movies the first was definitely a great pure spy/espionage movie apart from the series. It actually felt almost plausible. In comparison to the others it definitely seems low key though.

She has the looks but her screaming was horrible.

He must've lost a bet.

Yep. The Q segment was based on Boothroyd's letter to Fleming; the "bedding the bad girl right away" was how Bond knew something was terribly wrong; but this turned into tits and gadgets...

Utterly terrible actress to be quite honest, Broccoli cast her because he thought she looked hot in Barbarian Queen
But that movie also has Alison Doody as JEnny Flex, in one of her first roles and I fap to those parts

I think something has to be wrong with, it's true that not every Bond girl is memorable, but some are unforgettable and integral to the story, like Tracy in OHMSS.

M I L F

*wrong with you*

Nolan's trilogy is not capeshit.

Oh god, the pidgeon doubletake had me busting a gut

I love Transmet. I gotta read this.

It's the worst kind of capeshit, edgy pretentious capeshit

>t. pleb

>nolanfag calling other people plebs
Hack Nolan is literally the king of the plebes

Aren't the rights for that game still locked up in some legal limbo?

Yep, for whatever reason no one is quite sure who owns the rights, so they're all too afraid to release anything in case they get sued by someone else

>tfw Nolan badly copies Bond movies all the time
>finale of OHMSS in Inception
>Plane hijack scene from Licence to Kill in Big Guy 4 U

skyfall is the only good one

the books are racist poorly plotted trash too

...

>am i fitting in yet?

>not liking octopussy and tomorrow never dies

Kill yourself pleb

I'd pretty much agree with this, except I really liked Skyfall and the Dalton films aren't very good (but he's a brilliant Bond)

Octopussy is meh, a mix of good and bad but mostly bad

Killer opening sequence though

CALANGALANG CALANGALANGALANG

If you don't like Roger Moore kindly kill yourself

>best themes
Not
>Casino Royale
>View to a kill
I agree with the rest though

Dalton is kino.

I bought the 50th Anniversary Collection because I'm a fag who actually buys movies and the ONE disc that was scratched and unplayable was Moonraker.

What a shame.

damn, suddenly I want a 7-up™

Too bad man because Moonraker is pure space kino

agreed, he's the most likable Bond

youtube.com/watch?v=EVasnOcPm9c
>ooh bit of nipple

Ehh, pretty essential popular culture knowledge but actually the movies are ok at best and utter shit at worst.

I'd call it a worthwhile waste of time. The Bond movies aren't high art, but they're a hell of a lot of fun. For the most part anyway, a few of them are dull, like The Man with the Golden Gun.

...

Brosnan, Lazenby and Moore are all underrated desu
